I had tech (communications) problem, and an Extended

I had tech (communications) problem, and an Extended Service Warranty, which was independent. Will, at Blackwell's Service Writeup desk, worked through the process of getting approval, and completing the job. He kept me informed. When the Service Contract payment was slow processing after work completion, Will sent me home in the shuttle, and delivered the car the next morning.

Extremely hard to get ahold of the service advisor.

Extremely hard to get ahold of the service advisor. Had to leave multiple messages and play phone tag to speak to the advisor. Apparently no one else in the service department can confirm if a vehicle is ready to be picked up. Once my vehicle was ready, the battery was completely dead and had to be jumped to start. Was still dead after driving 20 minutes home. Just pretty frustrating.

Devin Grimes took great care of me and my vehicle

Devin Grimes took great care of me and my vehicle understanding my concerns with issue I had found with my new TREMORs roof antennas’ seal not being installed correctly and work hard to get the parts in and installed bef I need to leave on a trip. Devin and Blackwell, great people good service..

Our salesman, Scott Merolis, has been phenomenal.

Our salesman, Scott Merolis, has been phenomenal. We’ve purchased two vehicles in 2025. I originally went back to a dealership I had worked with in 2022, and did not get the service I had expected, so I switched. We found Blackwell, and Scott, and he has been very helpful and attentive to help us get what we were asking for. I also have had service completed on one of my vehicles at Blackwell. It’s the same type of service from the service department. Immediate calls back when you leave a message, getting you in with priority, and working with you on your needs for transportation in the short term. Phenomenal dealership would recommend it to anybody.

Very quick to get me in.

Very quick to get me in. Shuttle service was very convenient. Repairs completed on time and under the estimate. Courteous team from service rep to cashier.

Brian is always good to work with.

Brian is always good to work with. He takes time with me answers all my questions and makes sure I understand. I don’t have to wait very long when I first call him for him to find what I’m looking for and he gives me several options. I will continue to come back.
