My car wouldn't start, I called Briarwood Ford at 9am had the car in at 10. They had a new starter on hand and the car was fixed by 1:30. I have been having my car serviced by Briarwood Ford for about 10-11 years and yet again great service, thank you Andrea.

I have serviced my 2000 windstar at Briarwood Ford since 2000 & I have always used Andrea Kanerva as my service contact/write up person. She has always provided me with the appropriate information that allows me to make good decisions in regard to my v ehicle. Andrea is honest & a pleasure to work with when I need maintenance. She is the attraction for me at Briarwood Ford Service department!!

By far... THE WORST experience with a service department...
By far... THE WORST experience with a service department that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i would never, ever even think about using them or recommending them to anyone. They not only ruined my car the first time they claimed to fix it, they made it worse and more expensive to repair and then when all was said and done, the overall damage that was done to my vehicle was beyond comprehension. DO NOT EVER USE Briarwood Ford Service!
