I wouldn't take my vehicle to this dealership to get fix.

I wouldn't take my vehicle to this dealership to get fix.they keep your vehicle for long time and still not fix it and charge you full price. They don't talk you and let you know what going on with your vehicle.

Brakes fell off.

My brakes fell off. After getting a various array of work done on my wife’s vehicle, replacing the brakes being one of them, we(my wife and I and our young son) took off on a trip down south. 800 miles into the trip and we had our brake caliper come undone and brake pads fall off completely while going 70mph down the interstate. Luckily we didn’t crash but we definitely had a couple close calls. After closer inspection, it’s found that the 2 bolts that hold the caliper together were not fastened tightly causing them to eventually fall out and compromising my brake system. I had to pay out of pocket to get it repaired, pay for an Uber(because a child’s car seat can’t go in a tow truck), and pay for a night at a crappy hotel near Atlanta since we were still 6 hours from our destination and spent 9 hours sitting in Atlanta. I get back and have to argue for a full refund for the repair because they only wanted to offer me half the cost or an in store credit(I didn’t even ask for a reimbursement for the hotel or Uber, even though I should). I just spent $1700 with them and I have to argue to get back $180 after the negligence of the service techs put at risk the life of my family and myself. The person at ford also stated that I agreed to only being reimbursed for half, said he called me and we spoke about it the day it all happened; I checked my phone logs and have no record of that call ever happening, so that also irritated me greatly. We made it and we didn’t die (thankfully), but I am extremely dissatisfied for this and many other reasons I didn’t specify. I can ensure I won’t be returning to this location or recommending it.

don't count on tthem

first of all, the car i bought had many issues that were not disclosed to me. i asked if it had been gone over i was told it had. i asked if it had any major issues, nope! since purchase in June i have put almost 1,000.00 into repairs. i was told the 2nd key fob had a couple of issues when i got it it was worse than i was led to believe. i sent it back w/ a request for a new one or for it to be repaired. finally i was told the salesman would be in Reading and would drop it off nada i have called and left msgs. many times. i only have just the one key.

Found the Perfect Expedition for me

I called there looking for a nice used Expedition and they did not have any in stock. I spoke with Erick he was very helpful in asking what I preferred in equipment and price range I was looking for and found the perfect one for me within just a couple days. I couldn't be happier.

Bought used Acura ZDX, wonderful experience!!!!

Von, Erick and Don made the process seamless. Erick description of the vehicle was spot on, Von handled the paperwork like a professional and Don picked me up at the airport in Lansing which was an hour away. Can't say enough good things about these guys. My 500 mile drive home was great and the vehicle preformed flawlessly.

Responded to email however wasn't very helpful...

They answered my email inquiry of a vehicle being available. And that was all.. Did not ask if they could be of any more assistance in looking for another vehicle.

They don't deal on price.

Went to this dealership looking to buy a used SUV. They had a very nice 2012 ford escape limited. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Made an offer which was rejected. Tried to trade my vehicle in and they offered me three thousand less than three other dealers I had been to. Tried to negotiate the price on the escape the next day and the salesman never even called me back. Bought the exact same escape from another dealer in the area for three thousand less than albion ford wanted. The new escape is also ford certified. Just moved back to Michigan from florida and was looking for a dealer to build a relationship with as I will be buying my daughter a new car this year and down the road my son also.

2008 ranger

I am starting the year out taking my recently purchased ranger to another dealer for work that Albion botched; leaking oil pan should have been fixed before it went on the lot for sale. It should have been seen during the certified ford inspection, Oh wait it turns out that they just said it was ford certified. Ford has no record of it. The tilt wheel doesn't work nor do the power mirrors. They said it was accident free, doesn't look that way now. They sent me a free oil change coupon. I'm not going to use it. I?ll take it to someone I can trust. The after purchase surprises sure turned this deal sour.

Just Looking For The Right One

So helpful and friendly...not pushy...working well with us. We are on a budget, but they treat us as though we're buying brand new.
