Buyer Beware!

Horrible ethics at this dealership! I will never suggest anyone buy from here or get service here. Taking advantage of the elderly is a terrible thing!

The did a great job repairing my car. Had to have several things done. But LeValley?s service department fixed the car so I don?t have to worry about other things happening. Thank you very much.

Very unethical

I purchased a used GMC Sierra from this dealership. They highlighted in the online listing that it was covered under full warranty. Since then I have had 2 issues with truck that should be covered under warranty however the GM Warranty is voided because of the larger rims and tires that are on the truck. This dealership did not disclose to me or anyone else that because of the rims and tires (that were on the truck when they sold it to me) that the warranty they claimed it had would be void. Now, I have to file an insurance claim, pay the deductible and possibly have my premiums go up. I tried working with the GM, sales manager and others at this dealership and they did not care. When I asked for a copy of the purchase paperwork to be sent to me the first person said they could not do it. Finally, after a week I was able to get a copy of the paperwork. I have an email from the sales manager saying my truck is still under full warranty but still nothing from them. The sales manager told me to go ahead and put a negative review on this site and that it would not matter because we have enough positive reviews to offset one negative review. I would stay away from this dealership and anyone that is associated. I am filing a complaint with General Motors about them as well.

We understand how you feel. However, We believe some very important information was left out of this review. 1.Registering your vehicle as ORV (Off Road Vehicle) in the State of Michigan and using it as such makes it extremely difficult for any Technician to determine if the issue was due to a defective part or from a fun weekend on the trails. 2. The Manufacturer warranty had expired as the vehicle has exceeded the 36000 mile limit. 3. With over 20,000 miles driven since the vehicle left our lot, there is no way to determine what has or has not been done as far as the vehicle being properly maintained. Based on those three facts alone, we do not believe it is the responsibility of the dealership to pay for any repairs or damage done to the vehicle mentioned in this guests review.
