wonderfull experience I will buy another when i need one.

I went to Central Chevrolet to get a new headlight for my 2019 Impala. Even though they did not have the part in stock, the service department was top notch and accomodated my schedule to replace the part at my convenience.

When I brought my SUV in for a brake issue. I it in to Central and was told the job would take about 2 hours , so I was in the waiting area and before I new it my vehicle was complete. Steve came and got me and I was on my way.

It was great. Had an appointment for an oil change and also noticed my inspection sticker was up and they were able to do both in well under an hour.

Why did I not get a senior discount of the body shop work. Did get one when I had service done

I was in the market for a quality used car. My shopping experience at other dealerships was nothing like Central. Right away the atmosphere was different than other places. They all seemed to like working there and they were so helpful. No matter who I came in contact with it was a pleasure. They really seemed to care about me. That was important to me because according to other dealerships I went to they said that I owed to much on my trade and they just didn't treat me like they wanted to help me. Thanks again Central I will be back!

wonderful wonderful dealership!!!!!! No games or gimmicks everything is on their website so it makes buying a vehicle easier than anywhere I have ever gone to buy a vehicle in the past. I will never go anywhere else because of my families experiences here. Go Central
