Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my

Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.

Tim was Great.

Tim was Great. Couldn't be happier with Tim and Central Chevy and our experience. Even though Bertera Chevy's price was little better, we chose Central Chevy ultimately because of Tim- our Sales Rep. Our car buying experience at Central Chevy exceeded all our expectations especially when compared to our last Car buying experience at Toyota. Thank you again folks!

We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we

We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we visited at least 5 dealerships in the Boston area. Central Chevy had the car we were looking for, so we drove to West Springfield. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you want to work with a dealership you can trust, this is the place.

very good .

very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

I went to purchase a car with a trade or trades for down

I went to purchase a car with a trade or trades for down payment. I was already approved for financing with a known lender. The sales person Nick appeared very helpful and straightforward. Went through finance office and was approved. I had no money down and I tried to work with that. Unfortunately it could not be done. So they found another comparable vehicle that still required money down. Unfortunately could not do that either. I reviewed the paperwork to find out that the car was listed at almost $5000 more then the listed paperwork then online. Also they financed through their bank which gave them a better rate then my bank. I confronted the salesperson about this and he admitted the error and he will look into it. Within an hour the online price went up by about $3000. Be careful with Central Chevy in West Springfield. Review and watch all figures on paperwork because some dealerships will screw you over. Obviously I won’t be working with dealership any longer

Never bring your vehicle here!

I brought my vehicle to this dealership as I figured it would be fixed quickly since they should know all things about Chevys. I was inconvenienced for TWO weeks without my car, being told one thing to another and charged five THOUSAND dollars - all to pick my car up on this weekend at noon and have it be dead again in my driveway just three hours later. I am beyond frustrated and want a full refund. I will never recommend this car to anyone.

We understand your frustration entirely. Having your car in the shop for two weeks, receiving mixed messages, and then having it die again shortly after pickup is a terrible experience. It's completely reasonable to be upset with the initial outcome. However, we want to highlight that you did bring the car back in, and to the dealership's credit, we addressed the issue, and the vehicle is running as it should. We should have gotten it right the first time, of course, but it's positive we resolved it professionally. Central Team

Dealer told me service was performed and completed when

Dealer told me service was performed and completed when in reality they did not do the service. Had a recall and had my truck in Twice for service regarding the recall; first visit to confirm it needed the recall, second service to perform the recall. They only did the programming but claimed they had replaced the fuel injectors AND programmed them. Just called to address another recall and they asked if I wanted the fuel injector recall performed for the injector replacement? Come to find out they did not replace the fuel injectors and just programmed the ones that needed replacement! Absolutely ridiculous. Had my truck there two different days for no reason. Very unhappy, would not recommend for service. I’ve heard the sales aspect is good but cannot confirm nor deny because I purchased my vehicle a bit further North. Hope this review reaches the right person before they have a vehicle in for a service that may or may not be performed. Very discouraging.

Very Pleased

I brought my car to have the trunk switch replaced, which had failed and the only way that I could open the trunk was using with the car's remote. The switch replacement took less than an hour to perform and I'm glad that that the functionality has been successfully restored.

Tim was an exceptional salesman he genuinely cared about our experience buying a new car. Took extra time to help with questions and setting up account . Answered all calls quickly. Took time to teach car systems not once but twice. Didn?t feel pressured Would def buy from dealership again.
