I have been a loyal customer for 5 years so I know truly how mismanaged this business is. There service and auto body shop lack basic communication and customer service skills. I brought my car in three times over the past two months for the same issue a parasitic battery draw and each time they found a way to charge me more money for a service/ parts I did not need and the car still won't start. Each time I go into their office they don't listen to me and my concerns about the car and it is a struggle to get them to explain how they supposedly fixed the problem. Never again will I go back to a Ford dealership or ever buy a Ford again. And this is coming from a guy who grew up in a family that only bought Fords.

Absolutely Terrible!!!!!!
Worse Experience Ever...i don't know who the mechanic is but who Zip ties a part on your car that could have been replaced also the brakes were so rusty thought they were suppose to get shined up considering brakes did not need to be replaced but they do took to a Mechanic friend to Inspect which it does need brakes but of Course got a run around story about that at ford and No Proof to when they got done which a sales guy that yelled at me on the phone stating he knows this customer and has paperwork I didn't Receive hmm makes you wonder I do not Trust this place w there Word very Sketchy I will be going to talk to Someone higher up about this Matter rather they do something or Not but Starting here for Review next Ford I get will Not be purchased at this Ford Dealer I will get the Word out about this dealership I won't go back to get my car Serviced there who knows if there really fixing a problem GO ELSEWHERE to get a Vehicle lesson learned......

Service Department
Knowledgeable and courteous staff. They always explain thoroughly what needs to be done and asks permission before doing repairs. They also offer shuttle service or a loaner if they need to keep the car all day. We have been using Feduke for more than 20 years to service our vehicle and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

F 150 2017
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never call you back. Our F150 is a 2017 less than 12,000 miles and has had 2 recalls. A leaky oil pan which has been fixed. Now the handle on the drivers side is leaking but they cannot find anything wrong.

Great service and cusomer affinity.
Excellent experience. I regularly take my car here for maintenance and repairs. They are always accommodating in getting me to work after I drop my car off in the mornings. This time they gave me a car to use for the day that was very nice to drive.
