I have dealt with this dealership on many occasions as my

I have dealt with this dealership on many occasions as my car is from there, to say that dishonestly runs rampant there is put it very lightly. I went there this past Saturday to purchase a vehicle with the stipulation thst they buy my car , they surprisingly agreed! So now it is time to wheel and deal with the salesman joe Donavan, Joe is the model a a used car salesman, ready and willing to stick it to you. I have bought many cars do I already knew the game and what to expect, always give low numbers and they will give you exactly what you want. Car buying 101. Anyway we purchased a used truck and felt we got the better deal, with any used vehicle you expect issues and that's why we bought an extended warranty, I have gotten my moneys worth from those for sure. The next day I had to replace a tire, I told ole Joe but he was disinterested. On the way home today I found the my driver side mirror was coming loose, I took it to Allen chevy to fix it, quick fix no biggie. Immediately they told me I hit something, which I didn't, then z mechanic looked at it , said nothing to me and then the customer service rep told me that the studs were broke and it would cost me $650 to replace it. I said you are kidding me and left. I came home looked at thr mirror myself and seen that it was only 2 loose bolts, 1 minute fix. I am disgusted .

Good Service The woman at the desk was very nice and professional. Got an oil change on my Chevrolet 3500 got home open the hood mechanics gloves were still in my motor could’ve became a problem. Besides that everything was great!

I had a scheduled apt for 11:30 to replace the latch on

I had a scheduled apt for 11:30 to replace the latch on my console. At 12:35 I asked the Rep to see how long it would be. The car was sitting in the bay looked as if it was being worked on. Nobody there. About 15 mins later I was told it was done.

Had a sensor problem that kept popping up but never

Had a sensor problem that kept popping up but never showed up on their diagnostics and they wouldn’t fix it unless it did and I had to pay for it and then a week later on my trip to Tenn. it happened again and caused my engine to slow down and I had to get off the highway. It’s like they didn’t believe me even though I had a printout from autozone with the problem and the Zus device in.my car that’s plugged in showed the exact same problem. This car has a P2138 sensor problem that GM acknowledges online but then I have the problem and it never got fixed no happy at all.
