Service visit experience was great! Sawyer Motors staff really show that they go above and beyond 100% from all their departments in regards to how much they care for their customers.

Everything! The service people are always great and go the extra mile for their customers. I believe the gentleman's name was John that I spoke with, he made sure I understood what was going on and got my car in asap.

Work when completed has not produced any followup issues. Technician also noted a problem that I was unaware of and corrected it while doing the primary repair. Saved me against possible further issues. Also, so nice to have the courier service (which I used). Great drivers, very nice men.

A tech road in my truck with me to listen to the noise which was my complaint. And the tech heard and experience it also

This is the third vehicle that I've purchased from Sawyer Motors. They treat you like family and they don't pressure you like other dealerships do. my clock is an hr fast, I asked that it be reset, it was not ! my sun roof had pine needles and they cleaned them out but they did not check to be sure it closed and now its jerky, I had a recall but they didnt have the part and I'm still waiting to be called - 2 wks!!!
