I can't say enough about how great Elias was to help me

I can't say enough about how great Elias was to help me pick out the best car for me and my family. He was so accommodating for me and my son and gave us the best experience we could have asked for. He went that extra mile and didn't make us feel rushed eventhough both times I came in to ask questions about buying a new car I came in super late right before closing. Elias and the entire staff were so great every time we came in and made the whole buying experience from the start to the finish so enjoyable for my son that it was like he was at an amusement park how much fun he was having. The staff was very patient with him as he was running all around in excitement. He was literally dancing with joy for how excited he was about buying a Mazda and for that I will remember for a lifetime and from my experience you at Elgin Biggers Mazda you now have a lifetime Mazda owner. Another thing is hats off to Ron for coaching such an amazing team from the sales, to financing, and to the maintenance, and to the car detailing specialist he ovwrsees an amazing team and everyone there treats all the customers with kindness, dignity, and respect. They listen to their customers needs and work with them to get the price right and help them pick out the best car that's the right fit for what they are looking for. May Jesus continue to bless this dealership and everyone who enters with wealth, health, and prosperity.

I purchased my first Mazda CX-5 four years ago and I

I purchased my first Mazda CX-5 four years ago and I loved it so much that I purchased a second CX-5 for my wife three years later. When it came to servicing my Mazda’s I tried using the dealership where I bought the vehicle, but they used high pressure tactics and were way overpriced. I discovered Biggers while shopping for my second Mazda purchase and was immediately impressed with their facility. A modern and spacious service area with professionally trained technicians to service and maintain your Mazda. It’s starts with a detailed video taken by the technician detailing the current condition of your vehicle and recommend course of repair. There are no high pressure sales tactics with Biggers and I’ve been to several and wouldn’t drive 30 miles to service my vehicles if I didn’t have complete confidence in their operation. Give them a try and see if you’re not as impressed as I was.

Was helpful at first then when it came to the price of the dodge charger rt he didnt inform me that they raised the price by 2k so i drove 1 hour just for them to not work with me also really slow service and bad manager

I didn't like the service and the manager.

I didn't like the service and the manager. All their 1 price 1 hour 1 person thing is all just fake they raise prices on you without informing you but can't lower

The two sales representatives who helped me were

The two sales representatives who helped me were outstanding. They answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell. Very transparent. No pressure.I have no remorse after the purchase. The people there made it easier for me. I will definitely recommend them.
