Was happy with the work done on my vehicle-was not pleased with the not drying off my windows after the car was washed.

WRONG PICKUP WAS ORDERD THEIR FAULT

Be carefull. I ordered a 3500HD Silverado in January from Jesse, it came in the last of February equipped the way I wanted. The day after we were driving it we found it was a 2500HD. I wanted airbags with compressor put on it so it would sit more level pulling the camper. I said that I would buy them if they would install them. No I would have to pay for the install and bags. Their mistake on miss order and will not do anything to meet me part way. They told me I could buy the extra spring and they would put it on for a $1000.00 dollars. After some checking the spring is only $250-$350. That leaves a lot for install.

Nightmare service experience

My vehicle has been in their shop 3 times in the past week because it continues to leak antifreeze. After the last visit, I was told the coolant had been "topped off and the car test drove" and everything is fine. After I watched them try to deliver my car to a driveway down the street, I checked my antifreeze. They had delivered my car empty of antifreeze. So much for the "topped it off and test drove it".

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

I took my 2016 Silverado in for routine oil/filter change and happened by the desk of Felipe Martinez. He sold me the 2016 and we engaged in a conversation about change to a newer pickup. He printed out several 2018 models that were available on the lot. I took that info home. Knowing I was wanting a "Nebraska Red" color, he located a new 2019 Silverado. Due to crop harvest I wasn't able to travel the 35 miles to Norfolk to see the vehicle so Felipe drove it to our farm. We sat at my desk and worked out a trade-in price for the 2016 and it was too good to pass up. Yes, Felipe was looking for a sale, BUT, I don't know of any other salesman that would drive a new truck 70 miles round trip in order for the potential buyer to see it. Felipe responds rapidly to texts, emails and phone calls. Add to all of this, the Chevrolet Silverado is the best pickup in its class!

Great experience! Dennis was a true professional !

Would recommend to anyone! All the salesman where friendly not pushy. Help me find what I was looking for at my pace. Will be back for service work as well.

We stopped by Norfolk Auto to look at an Acadia. We have been doing business with Jesse Keiser for years and always appreciate his help and honesty. Stephen did a great job going over our financing options. We finished the paperwork on Saturday and went on to Omaha. The Acadia was delivered to our home Monday morning in Pickstown, SD. and they picked up the trade in. We always recommend doing business with Jesse.
