Great sales experience! Traveled over an hour to look at a Silverado V8 Trail Boss LT. Ashley made the drive worth every mile! It was a pleasure working with her on the purchase of a new truck. Having spent time shopping around Ashley offered me a deal I wasn't about to pass up. I couldn't be happier with the truck. Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful and uncomfortable. Great experience all around. My salesman Ethan Carroll was awesome throughout the entire process. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy and there was no hidden fees or anything like that. Very straightforward. In finance, Johnathan Carpino was also really excellent. Questions that I had remotely finalizing everything were answered immediately. They even called my insurance company to follow up to make sure everything was on target. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and really enjoy their job. I would totally recommend this dealership. I may even drive the hour there for service!

It didn't take me long to counteroffer and accept an even better price that was offered. I love my Buick Envision Avenir so much! I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. I thought they were joking or this was some sort of a trick. Apparently, while I was test driving the car, they sold it to someone else who walked in and didn’t need to test drive. Shame on this dealership. I was so excited to finally purchasing my first car, they put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day, not to mention I literally started crying as I was ready to sign the papers. No doubt that they are running an unethical business. It has been a day and I am still so upset about this whole experience.
