Great experience and professionalism is what this dealership is about. My saleswoman was Karen Horvath and what a delight she was. I came to the dealership wanting to purchase a vehicle I felt deserving of and left with a 2014 Lincoln MKX. Karen spent a large amount of her time explaining all the options this vehicle has and let me tell you, it has ALOT! Karen told me I would probably need to go over some of the features again and she was willing to explain as many times as it took before I felt comfortable. I have had many cars over the years and many salespeople but Karen takes the cake! I have been back since with a couple questions and Karen was right there out the door ready and willing to assist me. If you are looking for a Ford or Lincoln this gal is the one you want to ask for.

My wife and I were looking for and small truck. We searched the internet and found 1 on cars.com at dealership in North Kingsville,Ohio. So we contacted the dealership and received a quick reply that the truck in question was still available. So being from the Akron,Ohio area we weren't sure if the trip which was roughly 100 miles 1 way would be worth it, but we decided to make it anyways. When we arrived the truck had been washed and was ready for our test drive,we drove it into Pa. and back to Greg Sweet dealership. It was just what we wanted. We had a payment we wanted to stay at and our salesman Josh Roby and the finance team went to work. When it was all said and done we took home our New vehicle. I cannot say enough about the job these people did for us,all way from their internet sales manager to the finance team.Great job guys. Thanks for everything. The trip was well worth it!!!

My family and I had an awesome experience at Greg Sweet!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Karen Horvath was so great to us. Finding the best deal and car that fit our family and our price range. She was great with our 2 boys (AGES 4 & 2). We walked out with a new car and a smile on our face!! Thank you Karen!! Bought a 2009 F150 - was looking for a while and Karen Horvath found us one. We were pretty specific on what we wanted, but not in a rush. She was very patient and took the time to help us by finding us what we wanted!. What a great lady - 5 months later the perfect truck came along and we were contacted right away and bought it 2 days later!!! If you want to have a salesperson that understands and will find you the perfect fit - she is it!!! We and Cody (our German Shepard) loves the new truck! The service department is great too! They take the time to help you and do good work!!

Coleen and Michael were wonderful. I originally came in to have my vehicle serviced, but ended up driving away in a very nice and reasonably priced used car. They took the time to find what I needed and patiently guided me to the right vehicle within my budget. No Pressure!!!

We went to just look at vehicles and had some specific needs. Karen worked with us and got to know what we wanted. She found out our budget and her and Mike worked to get us a car that would work for our family and our budget. They and the rest of the team at both the Ford and Chevy stores are polite and courteous.

Oh my goodness is right! I cannot begin to say enough about this dealership; let alone the sales woman that got me into my new pre-owned vehicle! Karen Horvath is AMAZING at what she does! The people that are employed with this company are great! They are all so kind and so positive and reassuring that they are going to do the best they can do to get you financed and in a car not only you are happy to be getting but that you can afford! This will be my second purchase but my first financing with the company and I could not be any more excited to be picking up my new car! I have told every single one of my friends and family that I was extremely happy and will be doing all of my vehicle shopping with Greg Sweet! Many of my family members have bought cars from this company and we just keep going back! I grew up in Conneaut, where another branch is located and my mom has always told me that they were the best; truth be told-- they are the BEST in our area! My experience with car dealers in the past has not always been positive. Not this time. Once the price was agreed upon, Karen made sure everything was taken care of. As an out of state buyer, there's extra paperwork. I kept waiting for the words, that isn't included!! No such words. Financial paperwork simple, inspection done....drive my car home. Just call Karen if you need a new vehicle!

I have been looking around for a decent car for almost a year. And found that when you walk into a dealership you usually get attacked by the first sales person that sees you. then they find out you don't know much about cars so they try to sell ya the biggest lemon on the lot or they find out you don't have much to put down so they shove you out the door. I seen a Ford Fusion online that was in my price range and thought I would go check it out. Mike (the manager) greated us and asked what we were looking for. told him a nice car, 4 doors, and reliable, said we seen a car onle and would like to take a look. He introduced us to Karen who showed us several cars as Mike worked hard to get us the loan and payments we needed. Karen spent a lot of time with us to find us just the right vehicle and made me feel like I was important. No pushy sales gimmicks to try and sell me the first car I looked at and no hassles about letting me test drive all the ones i wanted to see until i found just the right one. No hassles when I said no to one nither. Karen and Mike and everyone at Greg Sweet were fantastic. Thank you all for making me feel like family and for treating us with respect. I love my Chevy Trailblazer!!!
