Was shopping for a particular vehicle online and Manny's had what we were looking for. Shot dealership an online request of vehicle and were promptly notified that so called vehicle was still available. Salesman contacted me and we set up a time to see vehicle. Salesman had vehicle waiting for us since it was an hours drive for us. The salesman met us and let us check out and test drive the vehicle by ourselves since he was dealing with other customers. NOTE: this was the last day of the month which didn't accure to me later. The vehicle was perfect from test drive to appearance. Only issues was it was missing items like floor mats and vehicle manual. Our salesman was overly busy and asked if his sales manager could deal with us which we said yes. Big mistake. All he wanted to do was make a sale today or say have a nice day. Another couple walked in the door and he left us high and dry. Very unprofessional. Sad thing is, we probably would have purchased but never received a call back and they still have the vehicle. Ended up buying same type of vehicle at local dealership with more options at same price.

HORRIBLE Experience.
Walked in wanting to test drive a car and see how I liked it. I Liked it and wanted trade in value of my 2015 car with less than 20,000 miles. the gentleman had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. He told me that they didn't want my car. I told him I would go to a different dealership unless they gave me a trade in value of my car. Then he said he couldn't tell me what my trade in value unless I was for sure buying the car. Told the man I wanted to know the trade in before I was certain. He hen said alright fine, grab my keys went outside for 30 seconds walked back in and gave me a low ball offer, and I walked out. He didn't even look at the car in detail or anything. I have never been so disrespected by a dealership before, will never go there again.

Had a deal and sold it out from under me.
Had a deal pending, bank had the sales agreement and the pick up was scheduled for the next day. Later that evening I was told the car was sold..sorry!

Dave, I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, sometimes vehicles get sold before people have a chance to come see them. We believe it is in the best interest of our business and our customers to sell the vehicle to the first person who sees and agrees to buy the vehicle.

Rich was great! I had been looking for a vehicle online. He was the only one to email me back numerous times regarding all of my questions! I did my research, went in, test drove my car, told him what I needed financially and they met every demand! I highly recommend going to Brad Manning Ford!

Highly Recommended!
Was in the market for a certain used vehicle & had been shopping via the internet for it & doing my homework. I found a couple that were low mileage & in nice shape, & this dealership had the best of the two. Brad Manning Ford matched the quote I received from the other dealer & even took care of all the miscellaneous charges into the price. Salesman Dave Riebe was great to deal with & made the entire process go smoothly. Was extremely happy with the experience & would make the 45 mile drive out to the dealership again. I emailed the dealership about financing. I got a response with in the hour. Couple of days later went to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Their prices are below blue book price. Really no room for haggling like 5 years ago, but still a fair deal. I informed them I got pre approved from my own bank. If they could beat the interest rate I would get the loan from them. They were able to beat it by 0.25%. It was a fairly easy process and would definitely consider them for a new or used vehicle for my next vehicle.
