Broken service dept.

Two weeks ago my check engine light went on and l was told that it would take about ten days to have it looked at so l didn't. Yesterday the car stalled every time that l took my foot off of the gas. Today l was told that it would be the middle of next before they could look at it. Another repair shop will look at it when they have a chance. This will be the first time that it has not been serviced by Brad Manning Ford in the four years since it was brought new. This is the third car that l have bought there. I will be not going there any more.

Used car

It would have been nice to have little things attended to. Like for instance the clock wasn?t set. Also, they were unable to provide the keyless entry code. I have found out this is a simple fix but now I have to take it to a dealer closer to me and pay for it. Plus, it turns out there were 2 original window stickers for the car. One said it has Sync and the other didn?t list it as an option. What?s up with that?

Great Vehicle, Friendly Staff!

I was searching for the right vehicle and found an option at their dealership that is more than 50 miles from my home. Dave, Tim and Alex made the car buying process very simple. We are more than happy with the vehicle and appreciate their service. They even have a kids room that our daughter was able to play in for a little while.

Worst dealer around

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Finance people need training ,rude ruined my buying experience would never buy anything from this dealership. Buyer beware!

Exdellent work and done timely

I have only two fails on this. !) Due to past issues in my life with ex-cons targeting me (once being rammed in my son's car at Taylor and Sev, I had asked that my car be kept in overnight until I picked it up first in the morning. It was outside in the open with frost when I arrived. (I was in my son's car when on of them rammed us, and my wife also attacked in the grocery store by one, I am a bit cautions. 2) I had asked for the old parts to be returned. The manifold and other parts were not. I was unable to call back that day as I was called into work early and had to get to sleep (midnight shift). Otherwise, the work seems to be excellent quality so far.
