Heritage Cadillac

A. Owaisi 1/31/2011 This is my third Cadillac from this dealership. This purchase was by far the best experience I had. Ray "Charles"Gandursky was extremely helpful in making my decision on the type of car I was looking for, without any pressure. His knowledge of automobiles is in general superb. He is very familiar with other luxury automobiles and explained in detail about pros and cons on all cars. This helped me in making a final decision. Ray is not a typical salesman, he helped me in making a right decision. The General Manager Bob Willem was extremely helpful and worked with Ray and I to clear some misconceptions I had about quality. In general both these gentlemen provided a tremendous help, without and pressure. Heritage Cadillac should be proud of having these two people.

I must say that my experience at Heritage Cadillac was the best car buying experience I have had in my 30 years of driving and buying cars. Let me just say there was no high pressure and any questions I had were answered or explained fully. My salesman Joe Ott has been with Cadillac his whole life and is very knowledgeable and personable I felt very comfortable dealing with him. The CTS4 is a remarkable piece of machinery that combines function, looks and comfort into a beatiful luxury vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant to work with in a comfortable atmosphere and I was very pleased with the price I got both on my trade in as well as my new car. I would recomend Joe and Heritage to anyone I know and feel comfortable that they would be treated as well as I was. We all have many options when buying a vehicle I am glad I went a little out of my way to discover Heritage. I enjoy browsing and looking test driving vehicles before I make my final decision and some dealerships make that very difficult or even imposible not at Heritage. I'm sure there are others like me and thats why I felt the need to give my review here.

I have worked with Heritage for 15 years and have leased or purchased 5 Cadillac's from them. I felt I always received a fair deal with them. I have been satisfied with my experience with the dealership and would highly recommend them. The service department is excellent and I am always provided a loaner while my cars have been serviced.

Great experience for buying a car! Low pressure and extremely helpful and friendly staff; especially Ray. It was a stress free process and we didn't feel pressure to buy or that anyone was being dishonest with us. Love the car and would definitely recommend this dealer and would go back!

The staff, including Tim Lemire, have been extremely helpful and friendly. When I enter the showroom, I feel like they know me, and I always think I am being treated fairly. We have been dealing with Heritage and its employees for almost 25 years. They have always been friendly and helpful. We feel welcome whenever we visit the dealership for service or sales. They are a big part of the reason I am still driving a Cadillac.

I had a WOW experience at Heritage Cadillac, Inc. in Lombard, Illinois last week. I called and described the vehicle that I was looking for to Robert Willems the GM and he told me that he had it. And, boy did he!! When I arrived at the dealership he showed the vehicle to me and my heart started racing. Black with chrome wheels and rims and fully loaded. He had Ghali Bazzi sit with me in the vehicle and he patiently described and demonstrated all of the features and regularly paused to make sure I understood. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle caught my attention and his quick wit put me at ease. He told me that I could call him anytime I had questions about the car. He even followed up with me the next day to ask if I had any questions. Excellent Customer Service!! Needless to say, I purchased this 2011 CTS Coupe. This is the sharpest automobile in the Chicagoland area (possibly the world)! Maxx and I are very happy and looking forward to many years together...atleast until I come back (and I will) to purchase his brother!! Thanks Ghali and Bob for a worldclass experience! I bought my second Cadillac from this dealership. They are very professional, they answer all the questions and most importantly THEY DONT FORCE A SALE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY SINGLE DETAIL OF THE CAR, COMPARE ALL MODELS AVAILABLE, EXPLAIN THE OPTIONS AND HELP THE CUSTOMER MAKE A VERY INFORMED DECISION. I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BUY ALL MY FUTURE CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I had the pleasure of working with Ray Gandurski on my latest lease. I have been working with Ray for about twelve years since he was with Ettleson and have bought or leased all of mine and my children's autos from Ray. He is well informed and always has been helpful in selecting, locating, and obtaining the right auto. He thinks of answers for questions, I did not think of asking at the time. He treats you like you are the most important person to him. He has always been a real professional. To me a professional is a person who enjoys what they are doing and almost makes it look easy. That is the way Ray makes you feel. I am glad that he is back in the business, I'd buy or lease from him whenever I'm in the market for a vehicle and tell my friends and co-workers about him.

Ghali was (is) stellar to work with; I found him to be low-key & polite. Being in sales myself, I respect his candor & follow-up. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The dealship had already impressed me with how I had been treated in the service dept prior to having procured a car from them.
