I’ve gotten 2 vehicles from Knapp. The first time I worked with Kevin and he made it so simple. The second time I worked with Adam and Kevin and both were super helpful. Ryan made the financials pain-less (which is so helpful in this stressful process). Kevin did a great job making sure I had a full tank, clean car, plates on my new one all before helping me set up a GM account and show me around the app and new car features. They’re also great with their service with oil changes, allowing courtesy vehicles & being kind and respectful always. I appreciate them and love my new car!

ust bought a new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Knapp Motors! What a great place to buy a vehicle from! they helped me get the truck I wanted and they went out of their way to find the exact one. I worked with Larry Wahl and it was a very pleasant experience and I will go back to them for my future needs.

Staff was friendly, nice. We had a wonderful car buying experience, or I should say my teenage daughter did.....Until we came home....with the used car we bought....First of all the second key fob wouldn't work, we figured that out when we got home, but the dealership was closed now for the weekend, so we changed the battery and still nothing. Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!!

Great experience working with Tylor on finding a new vehicle, he was very thorough on making sure I found the right vehicle for me. At the same time was not pushy or trying to put pressure on me, as you typically find at bigger dealerships. Knapp prides themselves on being a small town dealer that uses a pressure free approach when working with customers looking for a new vehicle, and they actually follow through on this! I also really appreciate Chad taking the time to explain things to me as we were completing the sale. Tylor and Chad are great people and I will recommend everyone to go though Knapp the next time they are looking for a new/used vehicle.

I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership or buying a vehicle in my life than I did last week when I got a 2024 Chevy Trax 💚 Jerry and Chris were absolutely amazing throughout the process! Chris knew I was looking and she sent me the Trax to look at, it exceeded what I desired from a vehicle 🥹 I wasn't sure how I would feel about it at first because the older model Trax's are too small for me, but I'm so glad I gave this one a shot and a test drive with Larry! Chris was amazing when it came to sorting out the financial stuff and explained everything to me to where I could understand and comprehend it. That's something I appreciate very much because I struggle with anxiety and taking in a lot of information at once is not easy for me 😂❤️ Jerry is a wonderful salesman that didn't pressure me at all, he was very knowledgeable, explained a great deal to me and I understood all of it, answered any questions I had, and helped me set everything up. He is very kind and patient and I appreciate that, especially in a salesman 😊

Awesome customer service. Tyler is amazing and very personable. Highly recommend this dealership. Chris, the finance manager is super real and wants you to get the best bang for your buck! There was no pressure from start to finish. I am truly satisfied with their customer service. Tyler went above and beyond to meet...No EXCEED my expectations and listened every step of the way!!
