I had such a great experience at Wilson Motor Company! Alex was super nice & helpful.

Alex was very helpful and patient. He wasn't pushy and helped us make a good decision. Chris was not as sociable and I was unimpressed. The detailer also wasn't as thorough as I would expect. The tire shine spray had splattered onto the fender flares and wheel wells. There was also still dog hair in many places. Overall happy, Alex was wonderful but there could be improvements

Got me a pretty good deal on my Tacoma, Alex was great and was very accommodating. Only complaint is they could be a bit more transparent on things that may be wrong since they apparently do a full inspection/service on the used cars, I.e. my fan only works at full blast and there may be a wheel bearing issue I’m trying to diagnose. Mechanically truck feels fine

I had no idea what type of car I was looking for when I stopped in at Wilson Motor. I was greeted by a very nice salesman, Parker Macfarlane, who asked a bunch of questions and helped narrow my choices down to a couple cars. I test drove both of them and ended up with my new Corolla! I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would recommend Parker Macfarlane and Wilson Motor to anyone!

Buying from a dealership is something I always found intimidating and had never done before. Darian was able to make my first time buying experience as seamless and stress free as possible. He listened to my needs for a car and helped me choose something that’s going to last me a long time. Darian is kind, professional and friendly— he even helped me on his day off. Kaden(our sales guy) was phenomenal!! The rest of the process was time consuming. It has been about a month since the vehicle purchase and we are finalized. The finance process was time consuming, it took days to get finalized even when we prequalified for 1.5 times the amount of the purchased vehicle. They also did the wrong paperwork on the truck causing another month delay in this process. When I tried to get the accessories that were worked into the deal, they say “there was a misunderstanding and we cannot give those to you for free”. For free!? I bought them! I had to take this to the general manager of the branch and he took nearly a week to get a hold of and get the situation made right. They stepped up though, the people involved in the process worked for an unhappy customer and I appreciate that. They did good.

Alex was awesome. The only problem we had was getting to look at the vehicles we actually wanted to see. But we did find a vehicle my wife liked. A little more than what we wanted to spend. But we were able to get it.. we are enjoying the ford expedition that we purchased.

Wilson Motor Company was amazing to work with! I worked with Darian, Dave, Chris and Jeff. Darian responded via email within 2 hours of me inquiring about a 2024 Ford Bronco in Cactus Gray. He also was quick to respond when I took a couple days to figure out a time to drive the 6 hours to see the vehicle. When I requested to see the vehicle the following day, he held it for me even with several other interested parties. He also gave me his number to communicate easier if anything occurred during our trip over. When we arrived Darian was very attentive of everything I was wanting out of this vehicle and continued to ask if I needed anything or had any questions during the buying process. He then went back and forth several times with Dave on pricing and was very competitive. Dave was very patient with me and extremely helpful when deciding whether to lease or purchase this vehicle. I really appreciated Dave's ability to articulate the money side of it to me without making me feel unintelligent. I am not a car buying expert by any means and both Darian and Dave made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. Jeff and Chris were so fast with the paperwork side and were both friendly and personable. I was able to purchase the exact Bronco I wanted (package, exterior color which is now discontinued in 2025 and interior color) and I will highly recommend anyone to make the trip to go see everyone at Wilson Motor Company. In the future if I ever want to trade this vehicle in or if I'm looking for another I will make Wilson Motor Company my first stop. Thank you so much again Darian and the Wilson Motor Company team, you all took the fear of car shopping out of this experience!

This has been my best experience so far with a dealership. Everyone was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. Parker was super great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be going back to purchase another vehicle.
