Working with Joe Casoni and Ken Champagne was the best experience that my wife and I have ever had purchasing a used car. I called to inquire about a 2014 Infinity Q60 that we were interested in and spoke to Joe. I asked Joe for the out the door price of the car because we did not want to drive 45 minutes to get a different price when we arrived. The price included all taxes and fees and was the same price Joe gave me over the phone. There were no hidden costs. We test drove the car and then went over everything that we thought needed to be fixed or touched up including replacing the tires. They fixed everything they said they would and installed new tires. When the car was ready they delivered it to my house and we were able to drive it for a few days to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We drove back to see Joe to complete the deal. As we were driving we then noticed that there was an issue with the windshield. We told Joe about the issue and they sent a windshield service to my house to replace the windshield. I've always wanted a BMW. I waited a very long time and finally started seriously looking about a month ago. I've always bought used cars via a private sale, so going to a dealer to do this was a little nerve wracking for me. I price and option compared cars all over the New England area. I found the car I wanted, and ultimately bought, here at Champagne Motor Cars. Their reviews were excellent and I could tell that the cars listed for sale, were all high quality, clean, and well optioned. The availability of the CarFax report online was very helpful. The salesman Joe Casoni put a courtesy hold on the car and I took the hour and a half ride out there to take a look. I've never looked at just one car and then bought it, until now. The car was spotless. I could only comment on one thing which was the 2 front tires, they were a little worn, and it was only a comment. I returned to pick the car up a few days later and to my surprise found 4 brand new Pirelli Cinturato tires on the car, at no charge. I don't think there are too many dealerships that would go to that length for a happy customer, esp. given that the tires really weren't that bad. Ken Champagne obviously takes a lot of pride in his company. I love the car and am very happy with my experience here. I would encourage anyone in the market for a higher end car to give Champagne a look, you won't be disappointed. Joe, Kevin and Ken made this a very easy and enjoyable purchase for me. Thank You!

We pulled in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a 2019 Jeep we saw advertised on Champagne's website. We were not bothered; but rather after strolling the lot, Ernie, the sweetest and gentlest salesperson approached us to ask if there was anything he could help with. The rest was history. They offered $1000 more for my 2016 Jeep trade-in than an area "big" dealer, made the buying process effortless, and were careful about safety amid COVID concerns. We got the ball rolling that afternoon and the rest was completed over the phone during one lunchtime break from work. Ernie did the insurance/registration switch-over and I picked up the vehicle 3 days later. It was detailed, a knick repaired, and two tires replaced (without being asked). Smooth and effortless, and we were on the road in under a half an hour. I can't say enough about the dealership. We are definitely going back. And Ernie is a doll!

We had a great experience at Champagne Motor Cars. Our sales person actually helped us purchase a car. No pressure, just assistance.The office manager provided the paper work for the DMV in a packet. We went through the registration process without a problem. Ken Champagne was available to assist us at all times. I highly recommend Champagne Motor cars.

I purchased a used, low mileage, 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Champagne Motors in June of 2020. Had a great customer experience. They did a comprehensive job on the car preparation. Replaced the tires, brakes, and repainted the front bumper. Car was nice and clean when I went to pick it up. No haggle approach made the buying experience quick and easy. Met Ken the owner and he explained his approach to selling high quality, used luxury and performance cars. Fernando our sales rep did a great job as well. If you are in the market for a used luxury or performance car, Champagne is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

Fernando was amazing! I purchased my car from Maryland, and it was very easy and Fernando was knowledgeable and made sure everything went smoothly.
