We went there to look at used cars. Donte was our salesperson and he took great care of us. Not only did he hit a price range that fit our budget, but he was able to get us in a brand new car. This was so exciting for us. The process was quick and easy and everyone there was very nice. I not only recommend KIA to others, but I recommend Donte as well.

I'm a 21-year-old student who is in year four of my college career. I make a decent amount of money from my part time job, but by no means am I well off. It's amazing that as a full-time student in college, I am able to drive off in a brand new 2016 Kia Optima LX, when most kids my age aren't able to do that in some cases (even with used cars). They worked with me to find and agree on a payment plan to suit my budget that was also fair to them. The entire process overall went well since I dealt with a real nice salesman. At no point did I real feel any pressure into agreeing on a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Go check out Taylor Kia and talk with them for a bit. They will listen to you and try to make a deal! It's more than worth it.

Good experience did not feel pressured explanations of features given and made sure I knew how to use them. Dante was very pleasant to work with.

I really like the vehicle I just purchased. The process was pleasant for the most part. The only draw back was the time it took to wait to get the vehicle ready which was already on the lot. The salesman was nice and professional.

Had an awesome experience two weeks ago at the dealership in Toledo off central Ave. My lease was almost up and I had some serious mileage overage I was going to incur. I worked with Donnie P and I believe his name was Chris (one of the finance managers). Between the two of them they were able to work out an affordable payment plan to my liking and I walked out in a brand new car, and not having to stress anymore about my optima and the mileage overage. Even the last guy I singed all my paperwork with was awesome! I forget his name (he was an Asian gentleman) but we discussed golf almost the entire time and I was giving him golf pointers! All around great experience! All three guys were professional, personable, and a joy to work with! Keep up the good work!

When looking to lease a car last year. I wanted one that came with a supportive service team. I know how to drive, watch the gauges, and keep gas in the car. What I don't know is how to keep it in maximum operating condition. The service team at Taylor KIA gives me the support I need to keep me and my KIA on track. They also put a lot of thought into my wait by making cookies, water. etc. available in the waiting area. I can depend on the whole service team for good, courteous work. I am happy with my Rio and everyone on my service team from the person discussing with me what service I will be provided. the professionals performing the service, to a smooth process at the payment window. I have peace of mind. I am happy.
