I called and requested service on my truck and replacing all tires. Once the tires were on site I received a call back and quickly scheduled an appointment to have all the work done. I dropped off my truck on Friday so Zooks would have access to it first thing on Saturday morning. I received a call by 10 am that Saturday to let me know the work was done and my truck was ready. They offered to drop off my truck at my house but that was not necessary.

I have been a satisfied customer for years. My visit this time was a routine 5,000 mile service call. Everything about my service appointment was fine.
