I love coming to Community Chevrolet. Every one is so friendly and they treat you really good. Jamie is always so nice when coming to get service done. I couldn't be happier with community. I will always come to get work done or even buy another chevy.

Awesome service

The team at Community Chevrolet was fantastic. Ron, Courtney, and David treated me just like family. I felt right at home when I came to purchase my vehicle. I will continue to buy my vehicles at Community.

worst dealership around

I was looking to buy a new vehicle but the salesmen were all to busy horsing around the hole time was in the show room. Very disrespectful. One salesman told me he was to busy for me as the others did nothing. I will take my business elsewhere. Along with my friends and family.what a shame!

buying a car

I was in search of a new car so I came to community and the sales men were not very professional at all. Telling dirty jokes and eating right there in there office like pigs.and know one seemed to have tine for me. I will take my business else where from now on. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

We danced the "delivery dance" and so proud to be a part of the Community Chevrolet family. We were treated especially well by Tim, Service Manager, Jamie at the service counter and Ron Agnew, who sold us our Silverado. Special thanks to Doug who completed our finance work in a very timely manner and with ease. I feel after purchase service will be as good as the purchase experience.

Great service

My check engine light came and I stopped into the service department, Brandon Boyles took the time to check out my problem. He made time for me as I didn't have an appointment. My problem was located. Brandon worked with my warranty company, got my work approved and had parts ordered in record time. I was offered a shuttle service to take me home until they realized the repairs would not be complete till the next day, then stepped in Courtney Marshall from the rental dept. she had a car for me, took care of all the paper work in a quick and efficient manor. I recommend the service department at Community Chevorlet above all others I have dealt with in the past.

A+++ Deal

We went into Community in search of a vehicle for our daughter and our salesman Mike was very patient visit after visit, vehicle after vehicle trying to help us find just the right one for her. Finally we thought we had it and she decided no....BUT we bought this one instead! A few hours, some burgers, fries, donuts and soft drinks later;;; Mike had (yet another) sale to us and we had a vehicle we were happy with! Thanks Mike - your the bestest ! :-)

Buying a Car go else where

I've purchased 2 Chevy vehicles in the past 3 years. I knew what I was looking for and what price range I could purchase the vehicle at. Both times we stopped in at Community first due to it being close to home. Both times Ive been told I will not get the price I wanted not at Community and not anywhere else. Sure enough i went to Hallmans in Erie Pa and both times got the price I was out to get. On the same vehicles same features same packages. The Truck I actually got into a Crew Cab instead of the Extended Cab. I have no idea how this dealership stays open or maybe people are not shopping around for the best deals.

Though I try to avoid coming across as contentious I cannot help but doubt the veracity of this review. We strive to post very competitive new car pricing. Any claim that one could buy a crew cab model for less than our online price of similarly equipped extended cab model -- especially since December and January featured trucks at GM Preferred Pricing -- just doesn't add up. (If I am wrong and this review is genuine, I sincerely apologize and invite you to let us address your concerns in person.) At Community we don't begrudge someone the opportunity to seek out their best interests. We welcome you to shop to your heart's content! We do ask that you please be fair in your review of our service. Should you find another dealer is offering a lower online price that we are but you want to buy locally, by all means you are encouraged to let General Manager Doug Grooms, Sales Manager George Zeljak, or Digital Marketing Manager Jeff Novak know. We want you to be confident that Community Chevrolet is providing you our great service at the most competitive price!
