Great experience buying from Webb Ford. In Highland, In Great salesman, Kevin Hassellof. This not my first time buying from them. The service techs are the best. My family always goes here and we recommend them to our friends.

Webb Ford was great to work with. They greeted us when we got there and made sure we were comfortable. They made sure to help us understand the vehicle we were purchasing and made sure to answer all of our questions.

I bought a new ford bronco in 2022.

I bought a new ford bronco in 2022. I bring it to highland web ford for maintenance. The bronco now has 42k miles on it and nothing but mechanical issues. When I asked the Robert in the service department why a Bronco bought brand new and now only has 42k miles on it, is a lemon he became very argumentative with me and letting trying to tell me that it was a good vehicle. Every time I tried to say something he would simply talk over me. He was extremely rude and I finally had to explain to Robert that it’s my vehicle and that I’m entitled to my opinion. I was so frustrated with continuing to put money into this vehicle that I was getting ready to trade it in for a new explorer right then and there, however after dealing with Robert in the service department I decided not to. I will take my Bronco and trade it somewhere else.

My salesperson was in training. I did not mind that she is still learning. She did an excellent job and they all worked together in order to make my experience speedy and smooth.

Took my truck for service.

Took my truck for service. Paid 800$ for something that didn't fix the problem. Their reco is new engine, and couldn't tell me what was wrong.
