Could not fill the gas tank. Terry Henricks Dodge repaired problem. Dylan Novak made sure repairs were done right and I felt he want above his job description to make this happen

Absolutely no complaints. Megan in the service department was just wonderful. She took very good care of us in a very timely fashion. Would definitely recommend the dealership.

My Experience

The purchase experience was a good one! and ever since they have treated me very well. Infact I will say that I am treated great!! They listen to me, even tho I do not know much about cars ... they take my concerns seriously, and I have received wonderful help .... I will continue to do business with this company and this dealership and this salesman.

Oil change was preformed quickly. Dealer also recommended rotating the tires at the time of all oil changes. I will be returning in the future.

Car repair

Got a car had 15000,miles on it,had a shake in front in told me wasn't anything wrong with it so went out an got new tires ,still a shake in front ,took it to my machanic, at barneys,told me he felt it ,thought it was tire out off balance,so made an appointment agian at henricks,they looked at it,told my wife it's because I got cheap tires,sorry but you most have got cheap tires also ,cause it's still doing the same thing it was doing when I got it,so if it did so when I got an still doing the same after I put tires on,well let's see what is it,been hearing lots of complaints on the service dept,at both locations.if the car has 15,000 miles on it the sterring wheel shouldn't shake ty
