I have always been treated well and have been satisfied with the technician's work.

It has been a great overall relationship. The buying process was fast, efficient and low pressure. The salespeople wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. The service area is top notch, very easy website for making reservations and always on time. Minimal waiting and friendly service. They listened to my concerns and made recommendations that were for my benefit not their bottom line.

We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle as a second car. We did our research in advance and Terry Henricks had the best priced vehicle anywhere near Columbus. We made the 2.5 hour drive from Columbus and we were immediately greeted by Alex. He had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We drove the vehicle and knew it was what we wanted. The entire team at Terry Henricks took care of us, patiently answered all of our questions, and we settled on a price quickly. They even paid for our lunch while they worked on our paperwork since we had our two young children with us! We returned from lunch, signed our paperwork with Morgan, and were on our way in our new to us vehicle. Everyone at Terry Henricks treated us well. The entire experience was well worth the 5 hour roundtrip drive from Columbus! Highly recommend this dealership!

This sale was smooth and easy. I had looked on line for Ford Escape. I knew what I was looking for and price. This car checked all my boxes. Salesman was helpful and knew the car . Paperwork was quick and we drove away with my car!

Our truck had mechanical issues as were driving from WI to VA. We pulled into the Tiffin rest stop and called the Ford dealership. This was on friday after Thanksgiving. Talked to Jason, Mike.and Mark in the service department who told us where we could get a hotel room while they fixed our vehicle. They also provided a free loaner car. From the very beginning they treated us like family and got us back on the road the very next day. True professionals in every sense of the word. Went above and beyond in regards to customer service. Truly caring. This review does not give justice to how well we were treated.

I had an awesome experience with Terry Henricks Ford. I called to see if the vehicle was available and and the salesman, Alex was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions without getting frustrated. There were A LOT. He gave me an estimate on my trade in which was VERY fair! I made the 1.5 hour commute that night and sent pictures of all my paperwork to get the ball rolling. Alex and his GM were awesome! They even got me a better interest rate than what I came in with. I was in and out with my new Explorer in 2 hours! TWO!! They even stayed late for me. Amazing customer service, genuinely nice people, honest and fair. We will be back to purchase our 2nd vehicle with them very soon.
