Great Service and Shuttle Service
If you cannot wait for your car, shuttle service is provided to your home or another location. I needed a ride to the movie with my two granddaughters. They thought the movie sounded like more fun than sitting in the waiting room while my car was being serviced. I picked up my car after the movie and it was even washed! Staff is always willing to serve.

Fantastic Experience
I first went to a different Nissan dealer closer to home, but after a few bumps in the road to speak I came to Napleton in Scherrillville and I wished I would have just gone there first. They took care of me like I felt I should have been taken care of, like a valued and welcomed customer. I highly recommend them and I am completely satisfied with my experience with them.

Service Maintenance
I have gone to Napleton since they bought out Town and Country and went to Town and Country before that - in total 18 years, There were a few mishaps over the years but nothing serious. I always take my Nissan back for maintenance. I was just there for a what should have been a 12,000 mile check up but I could not get there and ended up at almost 14,000. Service was good - this time I had a young lady and she was very efficient , polite and knowledgeable. I waited and was in and out before I knew it.

Excellent service experience!
I say enough of the fantastic service that I received from this dealer's service department. My Mercedes "Check Tire Pressure" light came on en route from Chicago to Indianapolis. I was to pick up a friend at the airport and needed to be on time. They got me in and out with the tire repair and provided respectful and courteous treatment too. I highly recommend this dealer's service department for anything you may need!

Timing chain changed at 6800 miles.
I was very disappointed with Nissan and Napleton. My timing chain was noticed that it was defected and recommended to check it out. After researching this topic, I encountered several complaints from consumers that stated they had a problem with the timing chain. The timing chain is defected and should be replaced by Nissan. They have failed to recognize this problem and failed to notify the consumers. This was noticed at Napleton and replaced at 6800 miles. What kind of a product does Nissan install in their cars? This has affected several cars from 2004 to 2010, that I am aware of. I have always taken my car to Napleton in Schererville to be serviced. Why didn't they check it out at the 50,000 miles? Why didn't Nissan inform the consumers about this part? I am very disappointed and will never buy a Nissan again. Timing chains usually will go out at 90,000 or 100,000 miles, doesn't Nissan care that the consumer could have had a bad accident or greater cost to the consumer.

Great service!
Computers were down in the service department, but the staff provided excellent service by providing a loaner and resolving the problem. Within a few hours they notified me that the computer problem was resolved and they identified my problem.
