Great sales experience! Finally, someone to listen to me about how I use my car and the things I would like to do. I like to understand features and functions, but most cars within the same class have the same base features. My sales representative actually asked what was important to me and didn't try to force me into something without me seeing and understanding how the vehicle would meet me specific needs. Great job! Great people! Friendly atmosphere and comfortable surroundings.

Our experience would not have been complete if it were not for your Salesman Greg Moore. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased. Greg took a great length of time with us and answered every one of our questions and concerns. During Our visits Greg was always there to greet us with a smile and a handshake and made us feel very comfortable. Greg would win the "Employee of the Year" award if it were up to us. We will definitely give referrals to our Friends and Family to go to Napleton and ask for Greg Moore. Great place to buy a car.
I just bought my 2nd Nissan at Napleton Nissan in 2 years, this past week because I like the facility and the Service department. Also, the Sales folks are great to deal with, and in-fact, I only ever get my cars serviced at the dealership because they are always friendly, they are timely, and they are competitively priced (especially when you use the coupons they send). Coincidentally, two days later, I brought my wife back and she bought her 1st Nissan, so our third new car at Napleton Nissan, which with the trade-ins, translates to 6 transactions. There's something to be said for loyalty folks, which, by the way, works both ways!! Thanks to Napleton Nissan, and I'm sure that I'll be back when it comes time for the next vehicle(s).

Excellent Service!!!
They had sent me a recall notice regarding the cruse control system. Made the appointment and when I got there I was dealing with Armando in service. I asked if I could wait for the repairs and he informed me it would take a little over an hour. Time I got, so I decided to wait in the customer lounge. 45 minutes later Armando approaches me and states "All done, sir!" paperwork went fast and when I received the vehicle, it had the interior cleaned and vacuumed, all fluid levels checked and topped off (I was low on transmission fluid) and the exterior washed. All this for just a recall? Very impressive!

i needed an air vent on the dash board repaired and i wanted a sticker removed from the back of my car. Costumer service was great(very nice to me) and my car was done fairly quick but i noticed on my dash board I had some black scuffs that i can not clean off. i was a bet disappointed with that.

wow.....
what a great experience....I fell in love with the Nissan Juke when it came out. I wanted a certain interior and didnt want to order it and have a hassle. I found my Juke on cars.com and it was exactly what i wanted. I drove from Valparaiso to schererville expecting the same old dealership run around. I was pleasantly surprised when my salesman Greg was direct and very helpful. I have to say that Greg is the reason i purchased my Juke. I purchased it in December 2013. I had a few issues but Jim Youngblood and Greg Moore made sure they were worked out in a timely fashion. I just took my Juke in for the first oil change and what a great experience that was.I got my Juke back in 45 minutes and they washed it which was great since our winter weather had taken its toll......thanks for the great experience see ya for my next oil change.

We have bought one Mercedes-Benz from out of state, but no dealership can surpass Napleton Auto Werks at 1349 Indianapolis Blvd. Schererville, IN. The whole team was excellent starting from our dealer Joey, Don, and Michelle in loan finance. Napleton Auto Werks are experts in satisfying their customers, when you drive off in a Jaguar, Nissan, Volvo, or in a Mercedes-Benz you will be well pleased. This dealership is top notch, classy, friendly and they know how to keep their customers, because this is our second Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 that we have leased at Napleton Auto Werks.
