The service department has been extremely disappointing. The service manager, Mike, was incredibly rude not only to my husband but also in front of the warranty customer service department. They had my vehicle for a week, and I had to call them to inquire about an update. They were supposed to fix my fog lights in January, which they still did not fix, and were rude when I inquired about it. But I never received a call about the part. I took my vehicle back in March for another oil pan leak and asked them to fix the lights again. I'm not even sure if they put oil back in my Jeep; the manager, Mike, checked the oil, but it doesn't look like there's any oil on the dipstick. I will keep you posted on that. Every time I called the service department, the manager was rude, and the assistant, Steve, was also rude. I've been bringing my vehicle here for years, and the service continues to decline. They also have terrible reviews on Yelp.

Emmanuel Obiefuna Was my salesman and honestly I am so glad we crossed paths. Very knowledgeable and a servant at heart. I came in looking for a truck as mine had driven its last mile. He greeted me at the door with a smile and I explained my situation and my need. He walked me to his desks as I had told him I had seen a few on the Bosak site that I was interested in. I told him the price range I was looking for and after I selected which truck I was most interested in he then guided me through the process and with about 10 minutes the deal was approved. He went above and beyond as the truck I was buying was located at another Bosak dealer. He then took the time to drive me to the other dealer to pick up my new truck. The entire process was stress free and very timely. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was my fifth vehicle I have purchased from Bosak and I will be going to Bosak for all my future vehicles needs.

We had a great experience at Bosak.
We had a great experience at Bosak. Tim McCormick was great. He was very helpful. Answered all our questions and was knowledgeable, kind and gracious in how he did his job. When I requested a test drive, Tim reached out to me and we setup an appointment. When I got there he was ready for us with that very vehicle I was asking about in front of the dealership. My girlfriend and I were really glad Tim was the one who reached out to us first. Buying a car can be a tedious task a lot of the times. Tim made sure that our experience was anything but that.

The customer service was terrible.
The customer service was terrible. The prices were outrageous and they wanted to charge me 180 dollars for a diagnosis of rear brake replacement. I asked to speak with a manager. They said manager was NOT in office. I went to pick my car up, and the manager was sitting in his office. Very disrespectful.

Horrible service manager!! If you want an accurate review of Bosak Jeep in Merreville’s service department, look at Yelp & Better Business Bureau! They’re not even BBB accredited! Terrible customer service! They deserve negative zeros!

Being charged labor for an issue your team can’t find ( but they’ve also admitted tow company saw same issues as I did) is just rotten business practices! Warranty or not. If that’s what your general manager feels is acceptable behavior from your service manager, I won’t be calling, returning, or recommending anyone to your company. I’ll gladly share our terrible multiple experiences though. Plenty other dealers out there, but you’ll eventually run out of customers due to your majorly declining reputation.
