Excellent Dealership
This is the second time my daughter a me have bought two cars from Tom Terbrack at John Lance and we have found he really works hard to make sure you get what you want and feel good when you leave. We have our service work done here as well and find their personnel to be just as helpful as their sales people. Buying cars is not something we look forward to doing but Tom made it alot less stressful. He helped the prep people wash the cars to speed up the process even after we switched our selections after the initial commitments, nothing seemed to big of a problem for him to handle. Best Place to shop for a Car
Janet is by far the best person to deal with. I went in with no intention on buying a new car and before I knew it I was buying a brand new 2013 Ford Fusion. Wonderful Car strongly recommend it. Janet made the buying process so easy and wonderful. I look forward to buying many more vehicles from her for years to come. Put 3k down on a 5.6k car. Needed to establish credit so...
Put 3k down on a 5.6k car. Needed to establish credit so I took out a loan. Wanted to ensure the vehicle would last the length of the loan so I purchased a warenty. Before I relized it I ended up spending 9k on a car that isnt worth 7k. They made me wait for hours to see the finance people then killed me on my interest rate. Month into driving the vehicle the ball joints start squealing horribly. I emailed the salesperson even though ball joints arent covered under the warrenty. His response was pre determained message about reviews. So here I am. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF THEY CAN. I wont say its the worst place to buy a car. Only that my expierence was bad. Hopefully service people will change my mind, but I am now skeptical of the whole company.

I treated with respect by the salesman and finance person. I was looking for a new car so it was not hard to sell one. I talked to the salesman on the phone and he had what I was looking for sitting there. He dwent over the car with and went for test drive.I thought service was friendlly and respectful. I would recomend John Lance Ford and Chuck green to other people

The was the 2nd Ford Fusion that we have purchased from Barb Johnson at John Lance Ford. The car is great exceeding our expectations in every way. Barb and the others at John lance also continue to exceed expectations. They are friendly and courteous at all times. They proactively provide all the information regarding your purchase or lease pricing and agreement and insure that you are very comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. Barb even went out of her way, at I expect some extra expense to the dealership, to order us exactly the car we wanted when she could not locate one in the region. The car was checked and prepped perfectly and she took as much time as we needed to be comfortable with our 2013 Fusions many features before we drove it away. Barb and her manager Dean have treated us great. Working with us as consultants rather than as salespersons. I would highly recommend Barb Johnson @ John Lance Ford to anyone and everyone in the market for a new or used Car.....and by the way...our 2013 Fusion Titanium AWD is a delight. We drove the MB C class and the 3 and 5 BMW as well as a Land Rover Evoque and the other more direct competitors from Honda, Chevy and the rest and believe me when I say that even the so called higher end vehicles can not compare in any measure to the 2013 Fusion. One of the best!!!
I have used John Lance Ford for several years, everytime I go there they are GREAT!!!. Service is quick and upfront with you about what your car needs and what it will cost. Sales staff (Pete Wimmer) is always willing to go above and beyond what you would expect a car salesman to do. Luckily havent had to use the body shop.

Great experience
My experience at John Lance Ford was great from start to finish. Denise Kucinich is very friendly and easy to work with when buying a car. She was not pushy and made the whole experience a great one. I will definitely stay with this dealer for any future car purchases.
