Woud NOT EVER buy from again....

would never buy from again ...will not stand with there word...do not reveal flaws on vehicle bought a total Lemon on they say basically OH well

Fantastic service

Eriksen?s has always provided us with awesome and honest customer service. In fact I returned to Eriksen?s for repairs when the local dealership here in Pennsylvania was not honest with me regarding the needed repairs.

Great help!

Not satisfied with repairs

I recently went in to get my vehicle repaired after the service light came on in my car. They diagnosed the problem and assured me that the was the cause of the problems I was having with the vehicle. The cost came out to about $850 dollars and they assured me that this broken part was what was causing the issues. I had it replaced and a week later I?m having the same problems. I will be going in again to have it looked at but I feel that this is the responsibility of the repairmen as they assured me that the problem would be fixed. $800 dollars is a lot to pay for no improvement in my vehicle.

Maria, with 147,000 miles on your vehicle you can encounter multiple failure points during a repair. When we scanned your vehicle for codes it told us what was bad. After correcting it the light went off and we delivered the Equinox back to you. It seemed as thought he problem was solved. Now it has thrown another code as it appears you had multiple problems with the vehicle. As noted earlier, a higher mileage vehicle can have multiple issues wrong with it. Our service manager, Joe will reach out to you to see what we can do to accomodate you.

Tire rotation

2 tire rotations and left with 1 different lugnut each time. Problem is, my tire iron doesn't fit them so with a flat tire, I would have been screwed. Where are my originals? Not to mention, I was told a stud would need to be replaced meaning the axle would have to be pulled. When I informed them that they were the only people who ever removed my wheels so they were responsible, they were MIRACULOUSLY able to make it work. I brought it to their attention and my car was the only one not washed after service and my oil change reminder was not reprogrammed. Guess they didn't like my honesty. Not going back.

In reviewing our records we show a lug nut replacement in May of 2016 due to a cracked lug. While we aren't able to confirm the information regarding the stud, we will use this in training to ensure proper procedures in the future. We have spoken with the customer and let him know that while we do offer free car washes with every service, from time to time a wash is missed. He is welcome to stop by any time and we will be happy to wash his vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience and welcome him back for future service.

Great service

This was a nice, clean facility. I was there for my first service and everyone I encountered was very nice. The waiting room was comfortable with fresh baked cookies. The service writer came and checked me out at the cashier. My car was cleaned and parked inside when it was time for me to leave. It was a perfect, qui CC experience.chevy fan

2018 Chevy Traverse

Our dealer was excellent. He took the time to explained the difference between leasing and buying. He took us outside to show us how different colors looked on the cars and to let us compare the different body styles. He was patient and not pushy with us while we decided what extras we really wanted. He searched many dealers around the area to find the exact car that we wanted even though we weren't for sure about buying yet. When we did decide to buy, he did everything he could to get us any discounts. He even convinced them to pay for our car to be trucked in from a different dealership. He then came in on his day off when our car came in. He took four hours out of his own time to make sure that the purchase went smooth. He also made sure that we knew everything about the car before we drove away and that we were completey satisfied with our new purchase. Even the owner of Ericksens came out to shake our hands and congratulate us on our new car. We will return and recommend this dealership to all of our acquaintances.
