I love my new car!

Didn't expect to buy a car that day, but couldn't refuse the offer. Didn't take all day and the dealer was very direct and answered all of my questions, which I'm satisfied.

Truck was brought in for check engine light.

Truck was brought in for check engine light. Was told it needed over $1800.00 worth of work. Took it to another place for a second opinion, it needs a battery for $150.00 dollars. I think you people are close to being scammers. I will never bring a vehicle in for service or buy a car from Ganley again.

Hi Kerri, when your 2014 Ford F-150 with 93,000 miles was at our service center, we diagnosed the vehicle with several diagnostic trouble codes which is why we recommended $1,800 worth of repairs. Often time if you replace a battery, it will clear out codes on the vehicle and then once the vehicle goes through several drive cycles, the lights and codes usually come back on. If / when your lights come back on, we would be happy to have you bring your truck back in and hook it up to our diag machine for free of charge. Thanks!

It was cleared prior to replacing battery. All problems highlighted by your service department were gone over with a fine tooth comb and found to be good
