Very friendly.

Very friendly. Cares about the client. Good selection. Our salesperson, Amanda, was excellent. The entire place is bright and clean!

The service department is outstanding.

The service department is outstanding. Timely, fair, and always on time. The entire staff is top shelf, and the dealership is lucky to have them. Chevrolet should be proud of the Dillon Family in their dealership network.

Done on a timely manner.

Done on a timely manner. Polite customer service. Washed car without asking. Clean facilities inside and outside. Sales people will come by and call you by name and carry on a conversation with you.

I was able to just bring my car in.

I was able to just bring my car in. I had an issue with my tire. He found the problem and fixed it with no appointment.

I was upset I overpaid for the car but the salesman

I was upset I overpaid for the car but the salesman called and insulted me calling me a liar and making false statements about Costco not doing any deals on my specific vehicle. He was incorrect of course and shouldn't have called me a liar. Also I am still waiting on my check for the taxes on the vehicle since they took a bigger loan out so I could pay those with the loan.

From our initial interaction with Tim Goldsberry to finalizing the deal with Ryan Fiala, every step of the process was smooth and enjoyable. Tim was an outstanding salesman who truly listened to our needs. He thoughtfully arranged multiple Traverse options with different features and colors, ensuring we had a clear understanding of our choices. His professionalism, politeness, and genuine interest in finding the best fit for us made the experience effortless. He worked hard to get us where we needed to be on both our trade and the purchase of our new vehicle, offering a fair deal and negotiating the final out-the-door cost with integrity. Ryan continued that same level of service?it must be something in the water at Sid Dillon! He went above and beyond to align our payment with our budget, secure an incredible bumper-to-bumper warranty, and even negotiate with the bank on our behalf for the best interest rate possible.
