My car was in the body shop for 2 months while I

My car was in the body shop for 2 months while I encountered poor/no communication, promises repeatedly not met, blamed me for being “wishy washy” on getting the work done?!, owner not responsive to my frustrations, parts left off my car upon completion. It’s been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the 3 missing parts to be delivered.

During the 2 months my car was in the body shop I encountered poor communications, changing answers to my questions, delays in ordering parts (was told I was wishy washy on getting my car fixed!), promised to have car done Friday but meant NEXT Friday and still wasn’t done, owner did not seem to care how disappointed I was, and FINALLY, I drove home with my car and found 3 parts were missing-antenna, Chevrolet decals, and tire socket. Please go elsewhere.

I purchased 60.

I purchased 60.0000 xt6 Cadillac from foster chevrolet.l came from another state to purchase the car.l wanted to support Foster,being Sandusky is my hometown. 4 weeks later l was advised by my sales clerk to purchase the interior warranty by my car being so light in color. Because live in another state and had to get back l was promised that l could come back to have the interior protection taken care of.Well,2 weeks later a coffee stain or something spillson the seat and for some reason l couldn't wipe it off.l took my 60.000 suv backto Mr Fosterto tell him something is wrong with the leather,you can't wipe off the stain.My car was taken back to service but they rub it so hard that they took the paint or color right off the seat.Mr Foster harassed me.He tells me that l need to read the warranty. He was the most arrogant distasteful car dealer owner l have ever seen.They lied to me and promised me that l could bring my car back,they said if there were anything wrong that my warranty would cover it.They always respond back on this Google page to cover their butts.But you better be careful.I now will take my care to another dealership or l just might have a find an attorney.

Do not trust this dealership.

Do not trust this dealership. I bought a $29,000 Camaro that did not pass inspection. It had bald tires on the back and torn boot axles. I took it to a reputable dealership called Dobbs.. After calling this dealership for two weeks, it still has not been resolved. The managers are condescending and act like you are a liar. I have been without my Camaro for three weeks without any resolution. do not trust them. Tony Best is a poor manager

Went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking

Went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. Staff was professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a new Cadillac or Chevy.

Victoria Lewis was exceptionally kind and easy to talk

Victoria Lewis was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to. She was not pushy with wanting to sell a car or needing to make a sale. She made sure to explain and find out any answers if I had a question for her. Her follow up is so important to someone that is “old schooled”. I definitely will deal with her again as well as recommending her to other family and friends! Thanks Victoria! Sales manager Eddie was also so very kind and helpful! And not to forget Jason for staying over to prep my new 2024 TRAX. Thanks Jason! FOSTER CHEVROLET is my ONLY car dealer for decades!

Terrible customer service and experience

Worst experience ever. Bout a used car. Engine light came on immediately. Next day car didn’t start. Bought car a month ago and still do not have possession. Car was towed to another dealer to be fixed and as of today have not seen the vehicle. When I call to speak with general manager I’m told he is in meetings and doesn’t have voicemail! Go figure!

Aaron, I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback, unfortunately in this case our dealership was not equipped to service the brand of vehicle you purchased and it had to be sent out to one of its franchised dealerships. While we wish we could've fixed it in house, the amount of time taken to fix it at the other dealership was not something we had control over. We did our best to provide you with an equivalent loner vehicle. We hope all is better now that the vehicle is back in your possession and wish you many trouble free and happy miles with your new vehicle.
