Great/Fast Service

I was in and out within 40 minutes for an oil change, wiper replacement, and a service check. Everyone was super friendly and made it a quick and easy visit. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to implement a desk to check-in or a greeter on the service center floor, rather than inside an office.

Car Service

I brought my car in for service. Unfortunately I did not read my bill before I had left. They had rotated my tires and discovered that I had a nail in one of my tires. I called when I got home and asked why I wasn't told about this while I was there. I was told that they are not allowed by remove them that I would have to go to a gas station. I think there needs to be more communication between the service technicians and the customer.

60k Service

I appreciated that the service took exactly as long as I'd been told it would take. But I was most appreciative of being told that because I had a free oil change and a credit to my account, there was no charge for this particular service. It was so nice to be told this without my having to ask or to remind.

Service and recalls

Service and 3 recalls taken care of. No loaner vehicles so I had to wait. Not ideal. Also, thought I was not going to be waiting, but I was going to be. Mix up in communication. Could be I was not clear enough. Took longer than expected. Overall, good but not great.

Great Service & Customer Support

My Ford Escape was in for service and as always the service staff was there to help - they treat you very well, always explaining what is needed or what can wait. Most of all they don't talk down to you, and for that I do appreciate them. This is yet another reason when it's time I will be getting another Ford.

Awesome

Ring around

Went to colonial ford to get a "check air suspension" light fixed. Had my car for 4 days. They didn't keep me updated on the repairs even after i called numerous times to call me back about how much the repairs would be. Finally called me on the fourth day saying my vehicle was fixed, this all the while i had no idea what was diagnosed wrong with my car or how much it was to fix. Turns out it was a hefty bill which i found out when i went to pick up my vehicle. Thought the problem was fixed but when i drove my vehicle around for about a week the "check air suspension' light came back on. Will never use this facility again.
