We knew exactly what car we wanted to trade in our Kia for. It took an hour just to start a conversation about it because the tablet didn’t work. The truck we ended up getting needed a sensor fixed. We waited 2 weeks for Kia to tell us they didn’t have the part and were taking it to a GM dealership. Getting updates on our truck was like pulling teeth. My husband had to eventually go into the dealership to get an answer. When the truck was finally done and we went to pick it up the manager walked right by me and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. They only wanted to deal with my husband. Halleen Kia sales is a good ole boys club that does not treat women with the same respect as men. On the other hand their service team is wonderful.

Although I didn’t end up buying a car (ride/handling wasn’t what I was looking for), my salesperson Jon was great. Zero pressure, personable, and knowledgeable. If I were to consider a Kia again in the future or know anyone in the market for one I would highly recommend him and this dealership.
