Just wanted to thank you for all you did in helping us buy our suv. Everyone so nice and friendly and didn't pressure us at all.

This will be our 3rd purchase from this dealership. My husband Robert and I are very happy with our experiences at Ulrich Ford in Pella. P.J. Finn was awesome, as was Steve Akers. The only negative comment I would have would be that we were told that the engine compartment would be cleaned and when we got home we noticed it wasn't.

Everything was easy and Stacy was awesome to work with! The truck was beautifully detailed and the finance gal was super efficient and thorough! Great dealership!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were looking for a vehicle for one of our sons and we had never shopped at Ulrich Ford Lincoln, in Pella. We saw a vehicle on their website that we were interested in and when we stopped in to look at it, we were greeted at the door by one of their sales consultants, Stacy Foreman. Stacy did a very nice job showing us the vehicle and was very thorough in answering questions that we had. Stacy worked with us through the whole buying process and also followed up the next day with another question that we had on the vehicle. We appreciated all the help that Stacy provided us.

I did a considerable amount of research, all over the Western half of the US, before going to Ulrich so knew what I wanted and the price I should have to pay. Steve, Cyrus and Kathy were all excellent to talk to and readily answered every question or concern that I had - and I purchased my F250 at a price that is every bit as good (or better in some cases) as any other dealer that I contacted. Further, Cyrus has been completely willing to explain every question that I've had since I purchased the truck. Simply said, Ulrich and its people are excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone !
