Honest and quite reasonable service department
The service and reputation at this dealship was such that I brought my 2016 Infiniti there for service. This was in lieu of the actual, local Infiniti dealership I bought my vehicle from (Near the Airport). This tells you all you need to know. My next vehicle will also be from Nissan of North Olmsted.

My third lease
Mike Becker had called me on the phone with great incentives to turn in my lease a little early. When I went in for my appointment everything was ready. My appointment went very fast and smooth, and as always Mike is a pleasure to work with.

Good Service, Tolerable Wait Time
I have been going to Big Nissan since 2007 when I purchased my first Altima. Currently, I own a 2014 and continue to travel from Brunswick to North Olmsted for service. I believe they run an honest shop and for a dealership, I believe you will find their pricing is close to that of local auto shops who do not necessarily carry genuine Nissan parts.

Great customer service, and a very quick and smooth negotiation. David was attentive to my requests and made the experience great. My first lease
Jeff Stein was friendly, knowledgeable and professional both on the phone and in person. The lease terms when I arrived at the dealership were the same terms that he explained over the phone. He showed me the differences between the Rogue and Rogue Sport and found me the vehicle to meet my needs. It was a positive experience.
