I brought my car to Nissan three times in 12 days because of multiple issues — ABS/brake lights, noise while turning, and later the A/C not working. Even after all these visits, nothing was fixed properly. I already paid for two diagnostics, yet when I asked them to inspect the A/C issue, they told me I needed to pay for another diagnostic, even though they had my car several times and should have checked everything the first time. They never inspected the A/C at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Too many charges, no real solutions, and I keep returning for the same problems. It feels like they care more about billing than fixing the vehicle. Not recommended.

Thanks for the feedback. Your first visit was to diagnose your noise to which we provided a list of issues with your 2012 Rogue and you turned down all the work. The second visit you had an ABS issue and we fixed a wheel bearing which was just one part of the issue during your first visit. The ABS system is another issue and different system of the car which constitutes a second diagnostic. We found that you had damage to the sensors from an unqualified person working on your vehicle. The AC was not brought up until the third time and since its a new issue on a new system of the vehicle it warrants another diagnostic for the certified mechanics time. We offered plenty of real solutions to all your issues but unfortunately you turned them all down. If you have further questions or concerns please contact the Service Manager at anytime. We appreciate your second response. As mentioned you were charged a diagnostic fee on 3 separate visits on 3 different areas of your vehicle. As the customer you absolutely have the right to deny any and all recommendations but you cannot make the statement that nothing was fixed properly when you refused most of the work. We would be happy to fix your vehicle properly at any time with your approval. Thanks again for the feedback and please contact our Service Manager at any time with any further questions or concerns.
Thank you for the response. I would like to clarify a few important points. On my first visit, I came in specifically for a noise concern. I was presented with a long list of recommended repairs, many of which were not clearly tied to the original complaint, and the total cost was extremely high. As a customer, I chose to decline those repairs at that time, which is my right. On the second visit, the ABS warning lights appeared after the initial visit. The wheel bearing was replaced, which confirms that the original noise issue was at least partially related to that component. This indicates that not all issues were clearly diagnosed or explained during the first visit. Regarding the claim of “damage from an unqualified person,” this was never clearly demonstrated or proven to me with documentation or physical evidence at the time of service. Making such a statement without proof is concerning. As for the A/C, I brought it up when the issue became noticeable. Being charged a full diagnostic fee each visit, even when issues may be related, is frustrating as a customer and was a key reason for my dissatisfaction. My review reflects my personal experience: high diagnostic costs, lack of clear communication, and feeling pressured into expensive repairs without sufficient explanation. I stand by that experience and hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers.
