Went in today (10-27) for an oil change.

Went in today (10-27) for an oil change. Was promptly advised they can’t because I don’t have an appointment. Went to Dorian Ford about 15 minutes away and was welcomed and back on the road 30 minutes later. You have lost all my future business

Today I purchased my third vehicle from Suzanne Clem.

Today I purchased my third vehicle from Suzanne Clem. And my daughter brought her first vehicle from her today. Suzanne has made all my dreams a reality. But today was a really special day because my wonderful dealer made my daughter lifelong dream of owning a Mustang Mach E a reality. Excellent Service every time never to busy to listen and answer questions in detail. Honestly each encounter I have experienced has been fantastic. She relaxes all my anxieties the minute I sit across from her. I always feel that to her each customer is like family by the kindness which comes through with every word she has spoken. There are just too many overall qualities for me to state regarding her. I hope she reads this and knows she enabled this senior citizen to experience overwhelming joy with my 3 purchases. I am blessed and know being her customer is the best blessing which could be bestowed on me as a senior citizen

Outstanding experience with Stan and the Roy O'Brien Ford team I just purchased a 2018 Edge SEL from Roy O'Brien Ford in St Clair Shores and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Stan was absolutely incredible as our salesperson. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely one of the kindest people I've encountered in car sales. The buying process was smooth from start to finish. The team helped me get financed quickly and made sure I understood all of my options without any pressure. What really impressed me was how Stan went above and beyond to ensure my "new to me" Edge was in perfect condition. After the vehicle was detailed, he personally worked on a few touch-ups to make sure everything was spotless before I took delivery. Stan's communication style was perfect for me. He answered every single question I had and kept me updated via text throughout the process, which I really appreciated. He made sure I knew exactly what the next steps were at every stage, so there were no surprises or confusion. This was exactly the kind of car buying experience you hope for but rarely get. I'd give Stan and the entire staff at Roy O'Brien Ford 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation. If you're looking for a used vehicle and want to work with people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Stan!

Angelo Lafata was once again great to work with on

Angelo Lafata was once again great to work with on purchasing my new 2025 Ford Explorer. This is my third straight vehicle/truck that I purchased from Roy O'Brien Ford in SCS MI and as Angelo Lafata was my sales rep. He is easy to work with utilizes all forms of communications text, email, and phone calls. Which is what I like. Angelo and Roy O'Brien are first class organization. Angelo LaFata took care of me long before my truck even

Angelo LaFata took care of me long before my truck even came in. We did everything via the phone and texting since I was out of state during the purchase. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.
