The SUV had no breaks when I went to leave to dealership
Wow how do I explain how disappointed I am with Ken Ganley Nissan. On paper the Toyota 4runner looked great the dealership had replaced the timing belt and the car fax was clean and a one owner. But when we drove the SUV the break lines had rusted and it was leaking fluid. Anyone who would have driven the SUV at the dealership had to know that there was a problem. Shame on me for not taking it for a test drive before I began the paperwork. I thought I was dealing with a top notch dealership but I was wrong. When I got the 4runner back to Indiana and took it to Toyota they said all the break lines need replaced because there were 7 spots where it was leaking.. Buyer beware when buying from Ken Ganley Nissan.

I left my car at the service dept around noon. They called me when it was done. And I went back and my car looked like it was brand new! ( lt actually is 2012 Altima) .

Regular LOF plus recall for rear camera check
The work was completed very quickly, about 30 minutes and I didn’t need to make an appointment. The service tech came out and explained service details and replacement parts that will be needed at the next regular LOF. I appreciate knowing what is coming ahead of time.
