If I could leave a zero I would. Doesn't give a crap once they have your money. This dealership can't even put mud flaps on correctly. Extremely rude and sexist.

The sales person Ron was great, but everything else with my experience was very disappointing. It started with taking 8 month to receive the truck. McMullens really tried to screw me on my trade-in. And after I wouldn't let them they just really stopped even trying to service me couldn't even get the mud flaps put on right. I just spent $100,000 on a new truck and they couldn't even give me a promotional firepit they were giving away. I have used them one other time and was great but after this I doubt I will ever buy a vehicle there again.

Very organized and knowledgeable in helping with my selection. Darrin did a great job on keeping me informed on production date and delivery of my new truck. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. First call and honest people!

The dealership is nice clean and very spacious. I do like how the lot is very accessible from the road, and when you enter the cars are pretty much very easy to be seen and drive through. The people inside are very cordial and there's plenty of room to walk around and enjoy the cars and display inside. I enjoyed looking at the old Ford models they have and the very decked out Ford bronco with full decals with very nice and stunning military pictures on it and imagery. Daryl Watson was my salesperson. He was very thorough with the whole process with me purchasing my new truck. I really did enjoy how the process was getting the truck including the drive test the walkthrough of the option and mechanics of the truck. I am also very impressed how he is so patient with me with my questions. He's very professional and respectful. Highly recommend two thumbs up!
