My overall experience at H&H Kia was excellent. I worked with Sam, who listened to what I wanted and was friendly and professional. I would definitely buy again from him. I love my new Telluride!

bought a brand new optima with H n H Kia and was promised a loaner vehicle for any warranty work. My engine ended up needing to be replaced within the first 2 years. Going to take 2 weeks for repairs and ended up charging for loaner vehicle. Service manager was extremely arrogant and told me I was lucky they even face me a loaner. All they want is to sell you a new then the customer support stops

Sam provided a very enjoyable sales/purchase experience. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. His professionalism would make me return to purchase another vehicle when the time comes.

All individuals appeared to know their jobs and information was presented in a clear and concise manner. Also, told to stop and say "hi" when bring car in for servicing. Good place to purchase a vehicle everyone was so awesome help me out even if I didn't find a car on the lot they let me know that if I didn't find a car I wanted they would keep a eye out for me and call me in once they got the car so I'm giving this dealership 1million star's

They scheduled a test drive for my wife, and I, as well as confirmed that they had the vehicle on site. My wife drove an hour, and half one way...no vehicle to test drive! Straight up, and lied to us, just to get her there, for what! How are they in business?!
