If you go to this location make sure you ask to talk to Calvin, he's AWESOME and will actually listen to what you're looking for and help you out. Need information? He'll get it. Got more questions? He'll get you answers. Truly an impeccable experience. I didn't work with any of the other sales folks, I'm sure they're lovely too, but I'm definitely biased by how well Calvin treated me. He clearly works hard and cares about his customers. I'd been to 9 other dealerships in the 48 hours prior, so I had a LOT to compare it to! 10/10

If I could give it a zero I would.

If I could give it a zero I would. I bought my car in 2022 brand . I was told not to do an oil change until it hits 7000 miles. When I took it in, they told me I was past due and that they paid for the first oil change but then now I have to pay for the second oil change this is so wrong. I am very unhappy with this situation. I would hope that they would treat their customers and be honest with their customers from here on out

Randy was my salesman.

Randy was my salesman. The car sold for 22,000. I put 7000 down. I look at the loan papers which were put in the glove box when I went to pick up the car and the loan is for 36,000. I’m paying 36,000 for a used Kia, which sells for 22,000 I have left messages. They don’t answer, the other problem the key fob stopped working after two months. I feel like they take advantage of women who try to buy cars. How can you even get away with selling a car for almost twice its value I don’t recommend going to this dealership

I recently traded in my 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport &

I recently traded in my 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport & bought a 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Pro Prestige. Andrew Lundin was a fabulous sales advisor, very responsive and professional. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and was not pushing me to buy a vehicle at all. He showed me how to use all of the gadgets inside & outside of the vehicle and spent a lot of time with me. When it came down to negotiating the price, Andrew & Rob Rodriguez (manager) were able to give me an amazing deal and I am forever grateful for them making my dream vehicle a reality! The financing specialist also did an amazing job of making the financing process as seamless as possible, he also took the time to call around for the best interest rates (right before they closed, mind you). 10/10 recommend H&H Kia & will be buying from them again in the future!

Slimy process with the finance process.

Slimy process with the finance process. Tyree specifically. They slid warranties in without even talking about them. Now we are battling with getting them removed. Do not go here.

I’ve been an H&H Kia customer since 2017, and don’t

I’ve been an H&H Kia customer since 2017, and don’t consider going anywhere else. I went on a vacation this past summer with my Kia Forte and averaged 42 miles per gallon. I spent $170.00 round trip from Omaha to Asheville, NC. With the cost of living increasing this was a great surprise. I always ask to have Shane work with me when I come in for oil changes, etc. He’s gotten to know me and my needs, and never pressures anything. I’m a 68 year old, single woman, and know Shane will treat me like family. I’m a customer for as long as your business thrives.

I went into this dealership specifically looking for a

I went into this dealership specifically looking for a new Kia forte 2023. I worked with Andrew. I had lots of questions and he seemed to answer them fine. My original plan was to get all the information from them with a price on the car and then do the same on an Elantra. So when they came out with a price that I wasn’t really happy with I said no thanks. I’ll go look at an Elantra and if it’s the same price I’ll go with an Elantra. So after over an hour of many salespeople and the usual I gotta go ask my boss crap we settled on a deal of 21,500. Then I said ok I’ll buy it for that. It took 39 minutes to see finance because they all needed time to get in the same page for the big screw over that was about to happen. I went to buy it and they sold it to me for 22,500. I questioned this number and they made lies about taxes and other crap that I regret I believed. They also added an extended warranty that I had to go back and get taken off. Now everything is signed and done and I paid an extra 1,000 dollars over our deal and there’s nothing I can do now since Nebraska has no 3 day cooling off period. I can’t even explain to you how slimy this deal and company is. If you want a Kia don’t go here. I can’t say it was just the salesman, although he is slimy, it was the entire staff working on my deal. Save time and money by going elsewhere

I bought a car and paid off on the spot 7 weeks ago and

I bought a car and paid off on the spot 7 weeks ago and I’ve been begging them to send the title so I can register the car. What happened is that the financial DPT was lazy enough and copied and pasted my old address and sent the title there. The salesman (Keith) was great and it’s the reason why I’m giving them 1 star. Stay away from H&H Kia if you don’t want to finance your car.
