H+H Chevrolet

I was not supped to bring my vehicle in until the next morning because I had a twelve hour class this day; however, I got out extremely early and called H&H to see if I could bring the car in this day instead. I was able to without hassle and everyone from my service advisor (J.D. Dimitroff) to the courtesy drivers who dropped me off and picked me up from my home were absolutely friendly. My vehicle was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Any interactions with the H&H service department I have had prior have also been just as pleasing. I can only recall one minor unacceptable encounter, but it was immediately resolved by the service department manager at that time.

Worked with Nick Lange. Easy to deal with and went to bat to get the "extras" I asked for. He was not afraid to go back and forth for me and in the end I ended up with the price I wanted. This is my 3rd vehicle (1st brand new) bought from H&H and my next one will be from here too. Thanks Nick!!

Other then some minor hiccups in the Financing dept. Our experience at H & H was a great experience. Our Salesman Mark Hanke was awesome, and the rest of the team has continued to go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Our vehicle required some attention prior to delivery and Mark called us every couple of days to give us an update on the progress, not because we asked but because he cared enough to take the time. I will look for Mark when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle! He is top notch in our book...

I stopped in to look at a certain vehicle and ended up falling in love with a completely different vehicle because or sales man recognized our needs. Due to his determination we ended up purchasing an amazing car that I know I am going to love for years. I feel like he really cared about my thoughts and desires in purchasing a car. My sales person wasn't pushy at all and worked at my pace to make sure my wants and needs were met. I would recommend Richard Davidson be everybodys sales person.

Matt, the Sales associate that helped me, was amazing to work with in the (formerly) dreaded car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into anything. By asking about how I'd use the car, etc., he was able to recommend the perfect car for me. Matt and his team truly went above and beyond for me, and I will most definitely send anyone looking for a car to H&H in the future!

Deryck helped us about a month ago and worked with us over that month to narrow down to the car that we really liked. He was awesome in keeping us informed in our choice.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful and made my car buying experinece extremely easy and a pleasure. There was no pressure and everyone was very knowledgeable and they were even able to get me better financing then I was originally pre approved for. I will be referring anyone I know that is interested in a car to you folks.
