Excellent Experience

It was really great working with Michael Bennett. He was honest and very helpful when it came to picking my new car. He made sure to find out exactly what I was looking for. My family and I went in the late afternoon on a Sunday and he stayed late with us to answer all our questions and made sure we were taken care. I would certainly send anyone looking for a new car his way.

Made a Good Choice Again!

This is the third car my family has bought from Key Hyundai of Milford - Alan is the best sales person - no pressure, but pays attention to what my needs are and finds the best deal for me and my budget. So, with the help of Manny in finance, I am now the proud owner of yet another Hyundai (Accent)i! I truly feel comfortable with the purchase - never owned a new car until this past Saturday - very exciting!! Am looking forward to many more years as their customer - everyone there is great - Natasha greets me with a smile - Ryan keeps me on track with service - and Alan standing by when I need him - just to name a few. Thanks to you all for making a daunting experience a pleasure!!

Satisfied Every Request

My salesman was Dan Vargas. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the Tucson and the Santa Fe. I came in looking to drive and hopefully buy the Tucson. Through the process he helped me realize I would be much happier in the Santa Fe. Dan completely understood my needs and concerns and made me feel like the Santa Fe was the right vehicle for me. I have been driving my Santa Fe for one week now and I am so happy with my choice! I stopped in to thank Dan and told him I should be a spokesperson for the Santa Fe! I have already recommended Dan to someone who was admiring my car and I told the person that Danny would take care of him! He is an honest guy and I hope I can send business his way! Ty Denise D.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SEVICE!!!!

I came in looking for information about the 2014 elantra. I was completely educated on them and told about all their options and incentives. I was also told about how key hundai does busines and what they offer their customers. I explaned my bad experience with the other dealerships and my sales person Alex Ortiz took the time to listen to them. He asked me to hear him out and allow him to treat me like a customer and answer all my questions . Alex treated me with respect and helped me with choosing the right car for me. I went in searching for a 2014 model and left buying a 2015 elantra fully loaded for a great price and unbeatable warranty. Alex spoke with me about every detail with buying a car and kept me up to date on everything that will happen next. When we made a deal and he brought me the car he explained every option on the car and how it works and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new purchase and did not have anymore questions. It was a pleasure working with someone so professional . Thank you for the customer service Alex. And thank you for a perfect buying experience. Also Manny Gonzalez was great with explaining the paper work. The rest of the staff was very poliet. Thank you Pat Romano.

Made the process easy...

We purchased a new Elantra last month from Kurt Schock. The environment around us was very busy and chaotic, but Kurt gave us his full attention, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel relaxed throughout the process. He answered all of our questions. We love our new car and would highly recommend both Kurt and the dealership.

Car #2 from #1 Dealer

I recently bought my 2015 Elantra from Kurt Schock and the experience, price and ease was just as perfect as my first purchase in 2011 for my 2012 Elantra. Kurt as before took his time and did his due diligence to find me the perfect match. Proud owner of 2 Elantras from the best sales person and best dealership I ever dealt with.

Went in to have my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced left with a new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe my Salesman was Kurt Schock, a friendly guy, full of details and very reassuring.
