good service

The waiting area was very pleasant. Some improvement made on intake procedures. Repairs started more closely to appointment time. Personnel were professional.

2015 Chevy Silverado 350LTZ

James from John Watson Chevy, Ogden, Utah, was very helpful from the beginning n no pressure on dealing with the car. He was very nice all the way through n patient with dealing n answer the questions we had. He tried his best to get the best deal for the truck. Good luck James n thanks for your help.

Not happy

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning to get a diagnosis on my car. No one helped me when I first walked in. 10 minutes later a gentleman told me to take a seat and someone would be with me. I waited 20 more minutes and finally just asked if someone could call me because I had to get back to work. By 2 I still had not heard from them so I called and asked if they had diagnosed my car they said they still had not gotten to my car and would call back.. I called again a little before 5 when I was getting off of work and still nothing! They called me right at 5 and told me the diagnosis and if I wanted them to fix it, I said yes and they told me my car would be done by 5:30. I went straight there after I hung up with them I was there by 5:20 and they were already done with my car. I got my receipt and in less then 30 minutes of labor they charged me 174.40! That is outrageous! It took them 8 hours just to diagnosis my car then they charged me almost $200 for less than 30 minutes of work! Over priced and awful customer service!

John Watson Chevrolet - Great experience!

The moment I walked in the doors at John Watson Chevrolet I felt right at home. Cam and Corey Watson listened to what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted. They never pressured me into buying anything which I was very happy about. I have been to other dealerships in this area and their sales teams pressure and pressure to a point that it is very uncomfortable. Cam and Corey were amazing to work with! I also had the pleasure to work with Erik Steele who went over all the fun toys inside the truck and helped me get set up with On-star. Erik was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have owned my truck for 2 weeks and I love it! I will recommend everyone I know to purchase their vehicles through John Watson Chevrolet.

Great customer service

Bryan in the service department has great customer service. He was able to answer my questions on an older Chevrolet that I purchased for my son. He explained to me what maintenance will be needed for this car so I can plan accordingly to take care of it. Very informative! I appreciated his honesty and felt that I could trust his judgement. I look forward to bringing my son's car to this dealership for maintenance and repairs. Thank you!
