I do not recommend them is an under statement I bought a

I do not recommend them is an under statement I bought a vehicle that had a rear end issue I made ten complaints through jeep each time a different diagnosis . They fixed the trans under powertrain warranty which took a month but that wasn't the cause the rear end crashed bad causing a domino effect. Then they said itvwas the ptu money is tight I fixed that fir 3300 had to drive 2.5 hours away to get part then when I bring in to get programmed it dosent need it now it needs an RDU which is 4300 that they could of fixed a long time ago then lie and say I was mouthy when they were the rude party. Very bad business. I owe 4600 just paid 3300 to fix now needs 4300. And they tell me according to the Service Mgr. They don't give a blank!

Purchase 3 new vehicles from this place in the last few

Purchase 3 new vehicles from this place in the last few years. That’s where the good reviews stop. I brought my Rubicon in to be assessed for the very well known corrosion issue. The service manager could only “see” minor corrosion on the hood and one door even though I pointed it out on the other 3 doors and the tailgate. They refused to get it covered. I took the vehicle to James Chrysler and they confirmed the corrosion was on all panels and were able to get a $18,000 corrosion warranty completed. Fast forward to now, I decided to give Feildhouse a second chance, I brought my Rubicon in for the 3.6 rocker tic. They took the Jeep in and disassembled it and again the same service manager couldn’t “see” and wear on the roller rocker. I don’t know how you can “see” .010” of wear with your naked eye. After 36 years of being in the automotive industry I know I can’t see that type of wear! They once again said they couldn’t get it covered under warranty, Tomorrow the Jeep will be brought back to James Chrysler to get repaired. I would never recommend the service department for anything, they obviously need to get their vision checked.

I had the best experience working with Neil, he answered

I had the best experience working with Neil, he answered all questions I had and was very low pressure , which was a nice change from a lot of dealers salespeople . On the day I came to pick up truck , Neil wasn’t working that day so he turned me over to Owen who was also awesome to deal with. I would recommend Fieldhouse Chrysler to anyone. Thanks for your help Mike Daly

Needed new tires found Fieldhouse to be a great price. They ordered the tires and had within two days Called said bring vehicle in less than 1 hour later I drove away. Highly recommend. Great to deal with !!

Just took my RAM in last week for service.

Just took my RAM in last week for service. Oil change and tire rotation. Great people to deal with and very prompt on their time line. Received a call when the vehicle one was complete. I would highly recommend Fieldhouse for any vehicle purchase and service.

I went to fireldhouse looking at a jeep grand cherokee .

I went to fireldhouse looking at a jeep grand cherokee .meant niel my salesman he was great ,up front,never pressured me .gave us a great deal.stayed after hours to do the deal and clean our new jeep.he handled the whole deal from start to finish,even all the paperwork.if your in the market for new or used go see neil .
