Long distance shopping for a car ? How is this going to work? I am going to tell you!!! Our experience was easy, professional, fast and the best part personal. We live 2 hours away and I was not sure how this long distance purchasing would work. We were given all the information we needed to look for the perfect vehicle from the comfort of our home. We picked out some vehicles and then were sent videos of personal tours to show items that we were interested in. This made the experience very personal. We asked plenty of questions and Jennifer took the time to answer every single one. She made sure we knew that we matter in the process and did not once seem bothered by any question. We decided on our vehicle and they went to work to get us the best deal for our money!! Then they brought us the vehicle and spent over an hour going over every small detail of our vehicle to make sure we knew how it all worked!! I mean wow!! Jennifer is amazing !! thank you Reinke Ford !! WE love our Reinke Ford experience!!

My wife bought a 2021 Explorer from Josh this past summer and we love it. I had done business with Reineke since 1993. 2 years ago I was looking for a used truck and went elsewhere. My bad. Went back to Josh and came home with a 2019 F 150 4x4 that I was looking for 2 years ago. I have always been treated great. I will never go anywhere else again. Any problem I ever had they were right there to help.

As usual, the Service Department at Reineke Ford in Fostoria OH, completed the oil change in a reasonable amount of time. A car wash was included, too.
