Happy Jeep Customer

For once I had a positive car buying experience. I drove 320 miles to buy this used Ram truck. Everything they advertised about the truck was accurate. Joe Hammer the salesman was outstanding. They got me a very low APR on my purchase. Even stayed late so I could take the truck home that day. I am done with the big auto groups like West Herr and Johnson Auto Groups.

New Ram Truck Purchase

Ron White was my sales person who made this happen. Great price with all the generous factory rebates and huge dealer discounts. No gimmicks, no pressure and no haggling. Very fair price given for my trade-in as well. I have been a long time customer at Coppus Motors and find them to be unbeatable for price and customer service after the sale! Give them a try.

Awesome experience

We typically buy our Mercedes vehicles in Cuyahoga County but, thru Cars.com, I found Coppus Motors. This past Saturday I made the drive from just south of Cleveland out to Tiffin, Ohio to meet Chris Hammond as he showed me a 2014 ML350. (I also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague, Rod Cramer). Both Chris and Rod were incredibly friendly and made this my best car buying experience ever. The ride from Cleveland was just about 2 hrs but it's so worth it. I ended up buying the vehicle and, going forward, I plan to always purchase our Mercedes at Coppus. It's such a positive experience and I'd encourage everyone to visit Coppus. Thank you very much, Chris and Rod!! You guys are phenomenal.

Purchase of 9th vehicle from Coppus Motors

This was my 9th vehicle purchased from Coppus Motors. When my salesman of the first 8 vehicles retired, I was concerned that the personal service and great prices retired with him. NOT the case! Ron White jumped in and continued in his footsteps. The day I took delivery of my new vehicle, Ron spent about an hour going through the features on the vehicle. In our discussions, Ron mentioned the quality of the service department, and based on my past experience, it is second to none. I had looked at other manufacturers and other Chrysler dealers, but it was ultimately the personal service of all of the Coppus Motors employees with whom I had dealings that cinched the sale.

2016 Hellcat

John Coppus & his sales rep Kevin Baker were extremely easy to deal with and made the whole transaction pain-free. Also very helpful were Barb the Business/Finance manager and her staff. Pat the service manager and the techs we met were also helpful in answering the few questions we had when we took delivery of the vehicle ... Definitely a high-quality dealership.
