We found the perfect truck

The last time we had bought a car was 10 years ago from Kerlin's. We said that we would go back when we were ready for another. This was our first stop, and just as before, the customer service and whole buying process was just as it should be. The family friendly atmosphere makes buying a car painless and easy. The sales and service department both went above and beyond to make sure we left happy customers, which we did. We will definitely go back a third time when we are ready.

Isuzu Axiom purchase of 3/03/17

I purchased an Isuzu Axion from this dealer on 3/03/17. Immediately the check engine light began to show, so I drove the vehicle back to the dealership. The sales people said the check engine light had not shown for them and perhaps the gas cap was faulty, so I proceeded to drive the vehicle home again-a 50 mile distance. The check engine light began to show once again. Once home, I called Kerlin Motors to reinstate the fact that the engine light had come on once again. The sales person told me to drive back when possible to diagnose the problem. A malfunctioning oxygen sensor was the problem, so it had to be ordered and would cost me nothing. On 4/3/17 while driving to Kerlin Motors to have the new oxygen sensor installed, I noticed the transmission slipping. I told a dealer about this development, but the comment was, "We installed the oxygen sensor for free." Now I am stuck with a transmission that needs to be repaired! Kerlin Motors need to make sure that their pre-owned vehicles are thoroughly checked before they are put on the lot for sale!

Isusu Axiom Purchase of 3/3/17

To make a long story short, an oxygen sensor was not functioning upon purchase of automobile. It was replaced free of charge on 4/4/17. The transmission began to slip and was taken back to the dealer. Now I am stuck with a $4,000 vehicle with a malfunctioning transmission.

Bought used Envoy

Great to have salesman and sales manager stay after hours to serve me and allow me to take the car home for a closer look. At time of delivery I appreciated the help to get everything switched from my trade in to my new used car. Best customer handling I've ever had. Missed Opportunity

I've bought two used "program vans" -- 15 passenger Ford E350 XLT vans from Kerlin in the past. It was a good experience, and I wanted to repeat it. I've always trusted Kerlin. Well, perhaps I was too vague when I described what I wanted when I came to them in October and said I was hoping they might locate another used E350. I do know that one of my contacts along the way exited Kerlin without my knowing it and weeks went by without my hearing from them. Bottom line is, I needed the van. I was motivated by a high mileage (272,000) van I needed to upgrade, and a tax burden I needed to alleviate. For some reason, this time around Kerlin didn't take my request seriously. I ended up finding a van on my own, traveling 100 miles to get in on December 30 -- just under the wire to meet my tax write off deadline.

Wife's first new car!

After 30 years, I never thought I would be able to afford to buy my wife a new vehicle. Stephen took some time to explain how a lease has changed over the years and it was a great way to be able to afford a new vehicle. Today I get to see a great smile on my wife's face as she drives her new Ford Explorer into the garage. Thank you Kerlin's!

Mint Expedition, Mint Service

We had a GREAT experience with the Kerlins when we recently purchased our used Expedition. Hugh, and Aaron helped us find financing that was more than 4% less than what we had on our trade in. They even surprised us with a giant bow placed on the hood when we came out to take her home.
